AISECT Launches Learning Management System Across All Five Universities

August 19, 2021: Through the Learning Management System, the AISECT Group of Universities has taken a big step forward in digitising education. Learning Management System, a unique set-up that promotes digital education and the faculty-student connection, has bridged the gap in real-time learning.

The AISECT Group of Universities' Learning Management System has over 11,000 students registered, over 500 faculty members, and over 6,500 classes conducted as of May. Universities have made educational information available to students 24 hours a day, seven days a week, at their convenience.

It allows students to participate in live sessions that are recorded for later use. Each student has a profile that allows them to access a variety of resources such as pre-recorded lectures, direct connection with teachers, and other digitised projects. Additionally, students can monitor their own progress on their profiles.

The loss of personal interaction and accessibility is the most significant aspect of the pandemic. Students can immediately contact their specific faculty members for help with a learning management system in place. A one-to-one discussion area between a student and a faculty member is conceivable in the digital media, which is not achievable in a physical classroom. On the one hand, the pandemic wreaked havoc on the examination system; on the other, LMS filled the evaluation void for the AISECT Group of Universities. In accordance with their academic calendar, almost 11,000 students digitally appeared for their examination.

While teaching technical courses in a digital environment can be difficult, colleges have been able to simplify technical education with the help of the LMS. Students obtain a better understanding of their technical courses through live classes and doubt-solving sessions. To help students' learning, e-labs, online projects, and advanced approaches are also conceptualised and linked with the LMS.

Review of AISECT UNIVERSITY, Hazaribagh , Jharkhand.

Placements: Placements are not good in this college. You have to be a very skilled person if you want to get placement in this college. I don't know about other courses but in BSc mathematics honors, you have to do some extra efforts to get the good placements; you should not depend on the college.

A decent college in Hazaribagh.

Placements: Very rarely does any company or NGO come here for placement. Students themselves apply to different NGOs or FPOs for placement. The package offered is also very low at this stage. Package is around 2,50,000 annually. For internships, students mostly prefer any NGO or FPO.

A place where students learn about life more than books.

Placements: Out of 34 students, 22 students got placed on campus. Other students got off-campus placement. Agricultural graduates have a very high potential and opportunity to get respectful jobs in the market. The role offered is a manager.
