According to AIIMS Patna NIRF report 2023, the median package offered during AIIMS Patna MBBS and MD / MS / MDS placements 2022 stood at INR 12.36 LPA and INR 14.50 LPA, respectively. Further, a total of 42 students were placed out of 95 students during AIIMS Patna MBBS placements 2022.

AIIMS Patna accepts the NEET UG entrance exam, followed by its counselling process for admission to the MBBS course.
