There are really good infrastructure and faculty members in the college.

Placements: B.Com is a very good batch. Many students got placements in EY and PwC. Many students got internships. The average package offered in our course is 12 LPA, and it is a very good package after doing B.Com. Many students are doing investment banking.

Infrastructure: Amity University has a library with comfortable and silent surroundings. This university has 5 blocks. The examination block is separate from other blocks and 4 blocks are for classes for different courses. The university has a sports complex with different games.

Faculty: Faculty members are qualified and knowledgeable. Semester exams are a little tough if we study what faculty members taught then we can score well. Faculty members interact with students so students do not feel bored in classes. Many activities are held in classes to make the course understandable. They are good, and they teach very well.

Other: I chose this course because of my finance background. I get the benefit of a finance background by making several PPTs on finance. Many events and fests are orgnaised in college, and they are also very enjoyable.

The great infrastructure is satisfying. I got a good job at Amity which I am grateful for.

Placements: In my course, about 40% students got placed. It was COVID batch, so many could not land a job. The campus placements were just average. The highest package offered was about 4 Lacs per annum, the lowest package was 2 Lacs per annum and the average package offered was 3.2 Lacs per annum. Top recruiting companies were EY, TCS and Byjus. About 30 percent students got internships. Roles offered after this course were that of Business development officer and Auditing associated roles.

Infrastructure: There was Wi-Fi availability only for the faculty members. We couldn't access it. The classrooms were very good and clean with centralized AC and good lighting. The Library has good resources and study materials, but it was a couples’ spot mainly, so not very ideal for studying. The classroom was the best place to study. The canteen food was averagely priced and medical facilities were also readily available to the students. There were many cultural and sports competitions and fest which kept us on our toes and made the college life exciting.

Faculty: The teachers are very qualified, helpful and knowledgeable at Amity. The course curriculum included 24 subjects in 3 years, 8 subjects per year, so it was a very structured and detail-oriented course. It makes the students (who just graduated) open to many roles and helps those students who wish to pursue higher studies as it gives a good foundation to them. The semester exams are tough. They are not open book so you got to be thorough with the academics. The passing percentage I think was 60 percent, I am not sure.

Other: I chose this course as I wished to excel in the field of accounting and finance since 8th grade. Best thing about this course at Amity is that they offer wide range of knowledge to the students and do not stick to only a few limited subjects. There isn't any improvement’s suggestion that I want to give. I am satisfied with the course. Amiphoria was the biggest fest followed by many other fest, so the college life will be filled with fun along with academics.

It is a great place for learning.

Placements: Amity University provides great placements. More than 95% of students have received placements in our batch. The placements depend upon marks and merit. The higher the marks, the more chances of getting placed. The highest salary package offered is 35 LPA and the lowest being 7 LPA. The top recruiting companies ate Ford, Microsoft, TCS, Wipro, Google, Techno, etc. Around 98% of students got internships from our batch.

Infrastructure: Amity University provides Wi-Fi to its students. The classrooms are well lit, have projectors, Wi-Fi, and are well furnished. Amity has a central air-conditioner. The library is my favorite place. It has great lighting, air-conditioners, washrooms and ample place to get in the mood to study. The library has computers too which students can also access it. The food is okay. I personally didnt like it but anyways taste differs from person to person. There are medical facilities and game rooms too.

Faculty: The faculty members are too good in our university. They know what they are doing. Teachers are too good, friendly. The quality of the education is worth it. The curriculum is absolutely relevant. The subjects fits well with the course I have opted for. The semester exams are not difficult. The performance in exams completely depends on the students alone. The pass percentage is 90%.

Other: I was into finance from a small age. B.Com was something I wanted to do after my 12th standard exams. To be honest, I like everything about our course. But there is always room for improvement. Amity organises its annual fest called, Amiphoria each year. Students can take part, in any event, he or she wishes to.

Amity is the best university.

Placements: Almost 90% of the students get placed in our college which mainly depends on students performance. The higher the percentage, the higher is the package and vice versa. The highest salary package offered is 30 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 6 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Wipro, TCS, Tata, etc. Almost 100% of the students get internships from our college in companies like TCS, Tata, Reliance, Wipro, etc.

Infrastructure: The library is big and contains a lot of books. It's well-lightened, has Wi-Fi, attached washrooms, and space for the students to sit and study. The classrooms are air-conditioned and have projectors and whiteboards. Labs are well-equipped. Amity campus is eco-friendly.

Faculty: Teachers here are highly qualified, helpful, knowledgeable, and excel in their field. The curriculum is relevant to the degree a student is pursuing, which makes students industry-ready. The semester exams are easy. Exams depend on students' performance.

I am highly satisfied with everything.

Placements: Everyone got placed in our course for internships. It depended on us as if we wanted it from college or from ourselves. They offer internships from a vast list of companies. Most of us got placed in companies such as GTM Pvt ltd, Deloitte, etc. Students who opted for self are guided throughout.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi and all the amenities are very good, along with centralised air-conditioners. Everything is very hygienic, and everyone is helpful. Medical staff members, security and all the staff members are very helpful. The food quality is also good.

Faculty: Teachers are very good, very helpful and well-aware of the current markets. They teach us using all the live examples. The course makes students responsible and knowledgeable for direct markets, and it is very helpful for us. We are prepared for the best and the worst.

Other: I have chosen this course because the course is very good. Fests and events are very good in our college, and there are several sports events, which is the best part about the college.

Best place for learning and gaining the professional knowledge for corporate exposure.

Placements: Good companies came for the recruitment of postgraduate and undergraduate candidates for all the field. Many companies like PNB, INDIGO came for recruiting UG and PG programme students. Average package was 3-4 LPA. 20-40% got internships from college in UG and rest had to go outside and seek for companies on their own.

Infrastructure: Best classrooms and facilities are provided for the students who study and make their dream come true with the highly qualified Professors. Hostels are well furnished and best for staying. The college is built under 8 months as per the faculty but highly appreciated infrastructure for such great achievement in infrastructure of the campus.

Faculty: Highly Qualified teachers give their experience and knowledge to deal with the most difficult situation which may come in the corporate sector. French teacher and taxation Professors were very much qualified and every faculty provided their best for the students to achieve every necessary goal.

The review of Amity University Kolkata.

Placements: The placements are decent and fairly good. More than 75% of the students got placed every year, on the basis of their knowledge. It is not that the other 25% do not get placed, but among them, some are pursuing higher education and doing business as per their choice.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is excellent. It is a huge college with a peaceful atmosphere. It has the Wi-Fi facility. The classrooms are maintained pretty well, but the only thing bad about it is food quality and taste provided in the canteen. Otherwise, it is a very well-maintained and a good college.

Faculty: The faculty is very helpful and will try to help you in every possible way. They will encourage you to study and try to put you on the right track. They help you with notes and books. They provide extra classes when being asked by students. There are separate tutorial classes for practicing problems.

Amity is only a good option if you are willing to work hard. It is for passionate students.

Placements: As per my experience, there are not many campus placements for B.Com (Hons.) students. The previous year, half of the batch applied for the placements and only 10% of the whole batch actually got placed. The average package was around 2.5- 3 lakhs per annum. UAS International, which is an insurance brokerage company, visited the campus to hire interns for a marketing and sales internship. Students had to sell insurance policies and they were also rewarded with certificates. I would say that its all up to you at the end of the day if you have talent then definitely you will be placed in a reputed company. The colleges do not matter, your hard work and dedication give you a pathway to success.

Infrastructure: Our University has a very beautiful campus. It stands class apart, in comparison to other universities in terms of infrastructure. The classrooms are large and there are cameras in every classroom. It has a big library with a great pool of books. The hostel rooms are very good and are also available in various seater options. All rooms have AC facility. Wi-Fi speed is also decent in the rooms. There are various well-equipped labs for each subject. Till now, I did not face any severe issue related to the infrastructure.

Faculty: Most of the faculty members are excellent. They guide the students at each step and motivate the students to ask questions as much as possible. But some of the faculty members are average too. Students also have an option to participate in various fests and events both inside and outside the campus.
