Apeejay Stya University BSc Courses & Fees 2026: Fees, Eligibility, Scholarships, How to Apply?

Apeejay Stya University BSc course admissions are done on merit of Class 12 board exams. However, candidates who appeared for the CUET-UG can also complete the Apeejay Stya University BSc application process through those scores. Candidates who apply through their CUET-UG score will be evaluated based on those scores during Apeejay Stya University admission.

Online Mode

• Go to the official website of the Apeejay Stya University. (university.apeejay.edu)
• Click on the tab 'Apply Now' and the page will be directed to the ASU online admission portal.
• Register with applicant's name, email ID and contact number.
• Verify email through a link sent to the applicant's inbox.
• Log in with the verified credentials and the application form will appear on the screen.
• Fill in the personal as well as academic details of the candidate.
• Upload the required and click on 'Submit'.
• After filling up the complete details, applicants are required to pay the Apeejay Stya University BSc application fees of INR 1,000.

Note: Upon registration and payment of application fee, candidates will be intimated about the admission process on their respective email IDs

• Download the application form from the website under the 'Admissions' tab.

STEP 2: Candidate Selection

Once a candidate has submitted their application for the BSc course, Apeejay Stya University will begin the shortlisting process. During this process, candidates will be evaluated based on their result of Class 12 board exams or the CUET-UG results. Chosen candidates might be called for a personal interview round before they are alloted a seat in the BSc course.

Selected candidates will undergo the document verification process before they are granted a seat in the BSc course.

STEP 3: Confirmation of Admissions

After the candidates have been alloted a seat in their chosen BSc course, they will be asked to pay the admission fees to confirm that seat. The admission fees for BSc at Apeejay Stya University might include a small portion of the first installment of tuition fees as well as the security deposit. The first instalment of BSc tuition fees is INR 2.6 lakh while the security deposit is INR 5,000.

Apeejay Stya University BSc scholarship is offered as merit-based scholarships only. There is only one scholarship scheme offered to BSc students at Apeejay Stya University which is known as Dr. Stya Paul Memorial Scholarship. This Apeejay Stya University scholarship is offered to students who manage to secure a minimum aggregate of 93% in Class 12 board exams.

If the candidate is offered provisional admission, they are still eligible to apply for the aforementioned scholarships but only if they secured an aggregate of 93% or higher in their pre board exams. Eligible students will be offered a tuition fee waiver of 90% of their total BSc course fees.
