Union Minister Nitin Gadkari attends Degree Distribution Ceremony of Pillai Group of Institutions
Pillai Group of Institutions conducted a Degree Distribution event of the Class of 2025. The event was graced with the presence of Union Minister for Road, Transport and HIghways, Nitin Gadkari. Some other highly esteemed guests were present at the ocassion such as Mr. Francis Joseph, CEO – GEMS Education India, as Guest of Honour, alongside the revered presence of Dr. K. M. Vasudevan Pillai, Visionary Founder & Chairman of Mahatma Education Society, whose vision has shaped generations of excellence. Other dignitaries such as Dr Daphe Pillai, Secretary; Dr Priam Pillai, Chief Operating Officer; Franav Pillai, Deputy CEO; Dr Nivedita Shreyans,Chief PRO and Dr Pragnesh Shah, Director were present in the event.
The event hold a great significance as one of the final degree ditribution events of an instiutute iunder University of Mumbai affiliation. It potrays decades of academic execellence with institutional legacy as the institute transitions as Pillai University.
Nitin Gadhkari addressed the gathering and highlighted the infrastructural transformations taking place across India. He mentioned the kay role of Panvel as a geographical key point for upcoming developmental corridors. This indicated the great positioning of Pillai Group of Institutions, which will be contributing for national growth through the means of quality education.
Minister Nitin Gadhkari personally awared the degree certificates to meritorious students. This inspired a lot of young students and their families to achieve greater heights.
On the ocassion, institute presented the minister with a book 'Edunation' reflecting Dr KM Vasudevan Pillai's vision on education, nationa building and leadership.
It was a successful event that concluded with pride, knowledge and great learnings at Pillai Group of Institutions.
