Q:   Is the BTech CSE syllabus the same across all colleges?

The BTech CSE syllabus differs on the basis of the college offering the course. Every college follows a particular coursework pattern set by the college committee. Very good infrastructure and good placement are available in this college.
Placements: About 70% of students have got placements after taking this course. Highest package is 8 LPA, and lowest package is 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, etc. About 70% of students have done an internship. Out of them, 60% of the students got placements on campus, and 10% got placements off campus.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure here is very good, there are laboratories with all kinds of instruments. Classrooms have AC. There is free Wi-Fi on the entire campus. All kinds of good-quality food are available in the college canteen at low cost. There are hostel facilities here for those who come from far away. Medical facilities are very good in both the hostel and the college.
Faculty: Teachers are all very helpful and kind. All are qualified from big institutes. They are all very experienced and knowledgeable. Faculty members are all very good and helpful. They solve the problems of the students. This course is absolutely curriculum-relevant, and it makes the students industry-ready. Semester exams are a little difficult.

Placements: Here is about my college. It's completely different from other colleges' curriculum and they follow that in well and good manner. It is completely exam free university that helps in making practical experiences like making basic projects and project presentations, demonstrations, and implementation every 10 weeks. One more thing last year my seniors got 100% internships at my university. No one placed because it's just 2nd year since it became a university but I definitely have hope in placement opportunities, thank you.
Infrastructure: It's good as there is no hostel facility in our university. Majority of day scholar students come to the college. Infrastructure is nice and peaceful. We have a good canteen facility and some peaceful places to sit under. It's a nice experience.
Faculty: My professors are extraordinary. They help us well and good. I am really supposed to say that I am lucky to have them to teach me, especially my data structures faculty members. My curriculum definitely makes my college students industry-ready. No difficulties in passing, and 95% is the pass percentage.
Other: There is much crowd but we never feel that because my curriculum makes us like that and the way of teaching makes each class contain only 30 members. People will be identified when they bunk classes. So we have to study, no other option to do.

We are skeptical about this new system, but we are excited as we encountered many new things.
Placements: As we are the first batch, we don't know much about the placement status. But the faculty members intimate goal is to not even get a good amount of placements but even make students into entrepreneurs, which we are really excited to go through and show what we can do.
Infrastructure: We got Wi-Fi with good speed, classrooms are getting renovated, and it's only 30 students per class, which is good, and we got a decent library. I heard there's a hostel under construction, and we have a decent canteen with decent options, and we also have sports festivals.
Faculty: Teachers/professors are really helpful if we are willing to learn; we are learning many things, and we don't have exams; instead, it's projected and assignments-based. We have regular assignments and presentations to evaluate what we have learned in that week.
Other: Each class has 30 students, and we have terms instead of semesters, where each term is around 3 months and we need to intern every year (first year to final year).

Our college is very different from other colleges.
Placements: The college management said that placement is 50 percent. I don't know how it is going to be and the minimum package is INR 9 lacs. We have not had company placement till now because the college was inaugurated this year and the management said there are internships for students in their second year.
Infrastructure: This college has a very good infrastructure and a very clean campus, as well as a good laboratory and a canteen with a variety of dishes and foods. Sports and extra cultural events are also good and all facilities are also very good. There is also Wi-Fi in our college and we have a library.
Faculty: Faculty members at our university have all completed their Ph.D.s in their subjects. They are good at subject teaching. They are supporting students very well. There are no exams at our college. All the teachers in our college. The teaching is different from others.
Other: My goal is to become a software developer, so I have chosen this course. To improve my study skills and working and representing skills. The events are very good at our campus; we enjoy them a lot, students also participate very well, and the crowd is full.

Review of Aurora Deemed To be University.
Placements: Our batch is the 1st batch of the university some are placed in internships and jobs like 35%. The highest and the lowest packages are 12 LPA and 3.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Genpact, and for internships, Corizo, Earth 5r, and more. 100% of students got internships.
Infrastructure: There is a good infrastructure in our college. There is Wi-Fi facility with good connection and labs for every practical subject. There is a library on campus and coming to the classroom every class contains a projector. There is no hostel for this college it is just under construction.
Faculty: All teachers are good and helpful. All are PhDs and most are doctorates too. Course curriculum is relevant and it makes students industry-ready. The special thing is there are no exams in this college to be conducted for any course. All get marks by the assessment this is running with Kolbs cycle process.
Other: I chose this course because I want to be a software developer. This university is the first in this nation with no exams.
