The placement record is being diminishing for a few years.

Placements: The bank firms recruit students from this college every year. Students get placed in the field of agriculture as an officer, and the students are offered placements in different parts of India. The fertiliser and pesticide chemical companies recruit the students by conducting written exam and viva.

Infrastructure: There are three sub-campuses of BCHV. Indoor games facilities are also available along with cricket, volleyball and football grounds. Hostel facilities are available for every student on the campus. Teachers are available for every department and laboratory. There is also a geomatics lab.

Faculty: There are 3 faculty and 16 departments in the college. In AG chemicals, the main subject is basic chemistry, and the further subjects are related to the field experiments. Lab in-charges and course teachers are experts in their fields. Projects and experiments are conducted regarding pH, EC, OC and NPK tests.

The college is only for postgraduates. There is no placement cell.

Placements: There are no placements on the campus, but the student of this college can get selected off-campus. The teachers are knowledgeable, disciplined, and friendly. They can help you at any time. When I am studying, there is no placement cell. But now, there may be a placement cell, and I am not sure.

Infrastructure: There is a physics lab, computer science lab, and electronics lab. There is a playground in which you can play outdoor games. The labs and classrooms are in good condition, as the college is not old. The quality of food in the canteen is satisfactory, but it has to improve more in a canteen.

Faculty: The teachers are helpful, and they are not only helpful but also knowledgeable, kindhearted, and motivative. They never say no to any student if they ask him any doubt, and they have given their mobile. They can clear their doubt in a phone if they are at home.

Other: Lots of events happen in the college like another college. There is a scholarship on the campus for the eligible students.

Overview of BCKV. A good agriculture university campus.

Placements: The placements are there at BCKV. Depending on the criteria many companies and banks come over here for their recruitment. One should apply for a placement at the placement cell. Mostly, many students get selected over there. We feel good as there is no need to go out and search for the jobs in this competitive world. Many people are selected in the placement cell itself. The packages they provide are also enough for us.

Infrastructure: The BCKV campus is a renowned university with good infrastructure facilities. Every department at BCKV updates their infrastructure facilities at regular intervals of time. There is a central library with fully updated Wi-Fi technology. The campus is also Wi-Fi furnished. Almost there are facilities for every game. A gymnasium is also located near to the playground.

Faculty: The college is an agricultural university. However, horticulture college is also included within the campus premises. Both agriculture and horticulture colleges offer almost all the course same. Also, there are also courses which are limited to 3 or 4 universities in India in which BCKV is included. Good university with fewer fees and has a quality practical knowledge.

All about BIDHAN CHANDRA KRISHI VISWAVIDYALAYA.

Placements: The placements are quite good. All over India P.G. in Agricultural Chemicals is taught in only 4 universities among them BCKV has a nice reputation. Companies of pesticides and fertilizers visited. Many have scope to give competitive exams and crack for the rest.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good. The facility of education is very good along with three faculty members ie. Horticulture, agriculture, Ag. Engineering. The education system is very good. There is a wide scope of various aspects after completing a B.Sc. (Ag. ). Course. And the medical facility, library, gymnasium, etc. all facilities are there.

Faculty: There are basically 3 departments with qualified faculty. Agriculture-16 Dept. Horticulture-5 Dept. Ag. Engineering- 4 Dept. These are faculty members and the course of B.Sc. (Ag. B.Sc. (Hort), B.Tech (Ag) all are 4 years course, 8 semesters and for the master's the course is of 2 years ie 4th semesters. All students have to qualify an aptitude test for pursuing post-graduation.

Other: A huge mass of students resides in the campus in various hostel. The hostel facilities are very good.
