B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering - Batch of 2028
Offered by Jodhpur Institute of Engineering and Technology, JIET Group of Institutions
4.2

A decent college with the highest placement rate and a lot of self-learning.
Placements: I belong to the CSE ( artificial intelligence and machine learning ) batch of 2024 - 2028. Around 75% to 85% students from our course are placed. Placement rates are higher for students. The highest package is 46 LPA, and the minimum is 27 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Amazon, Flipkart, Adobe, TCS, and Amul. In this college, around 75% of students secured their internships in big companies. In our college, top roles offered are ( software engineer, AI engineer, web developer, DevOps engineer.
Infrastructure: The Computer Science (AI-ML ) department provides the best facilities to its students in both academics and practical learning. In our college, classrooms are well maintained with proper sitting arrangements, ventilation and a smart teaching board. This environment helps us in better studying. Our college has multiple labs (computer labs, practical lab, DBMS lab, machine learning lab and many more) for students as per need. Our library is well stocked with textbooks and reference books. Our hostel infrastructure is very good and reliable. The room has 2 beds with a table and a wired connection.
Faculty: Our college teachers are very well qualified. Most teachers have an M.Tech degree in their field. The syllabus is theoretically strong but not fully aligned with practical knowledge. The course alone is not enough to make students fully industry-ready. In that case, students need to learn self dsa problems, which is very important for their placement. Our semester exams are moderate in difficulty, and questions are mostly based on class notes and on previous year's questions. The pass percentage is relatively high in our college, around 80-90 percent of students have cleared their exams.
Other: I chose this course because in today's generation, which we call the era, the course I chose is very trending and has value for money. This is the only course in which I can learn more about computers. Things for betterment are to have a better AI model, which helps us when our exams are near, or we can learn new things, and helps us to grow faster. Our college organises many events, such as the freshers' and the annual day function. The campus crowd is more than we expected, and there is a lot of fun in our college.

B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering - Batch of 2027
Offered by Aryabhatta College of Engineering and Research Center
3.4

A good college with infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: College is good. A mega job fair is organised every year, and a decent number of students get placed. College does not provide an internship through your course. Some local-level companies around Ajmer come for placements at our college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good. They have good computer labs, Wi-Fi connection, and decent classrooms. For sports and games, the infrastructure is average. They have a book library as well. The hostel in the college is good and the food provided in the mess is decent.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and teaching is good. The course curriculum is relevant for the future. The difficulty level of the semester exams in this college is quite good. Although only doing a course does not make you industry-ready, you have to be proficient in technical skills on your own.
Other: I chose B.Tech because it is a good course. It gives you a wider view of the technology we use in our daily life.

B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering - Batch of 2027
3.8
3Placements3Infrastructure4Faculty4Crowd & Campus Life5Value for Money
This college is average.
Placements: Mechanical branch 60% of the students take the package of a college campus, and the remaining students take a place outside of the campus. Some government companies and some Adani center car companies also come to our college for the placement of mechanical students, and the scholarships are given to 3 to 4 students according to the annual income of the family.
Infrastructure: The college campus is fully Wi-Fi enabled, the lab is good, and the classrooms are fully equipped with smartboards. Some classrooms have easy access, and the quality of the hostel is fine, but not that good. The food availability in the canteen is average, and there is not much craze for sports in our college.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable, and the quality of the teachers is very good. All teachers' qualifications and curriculum are up to date, and the Student Activity Centre (SAC) is also available in our college. The government program I Start is also a hub in our college.

B.Tech. in Data Science (Lateral Entry) - Batch of 2023
Offered by Jodhpur Institute of Engineering and Technology, JIET Group of Institutions
3.0
3Placements3Infrastructure3Faculty3Crowd & Campus Life3Value for Money
Absolutely satisfied with the time spent at JIET.
Placements: I was from the batch of 2023. Most of the students who put in effort got placed in the companies they wanted. Out of the 31 Data Science students, 19 were placed. Celebal Technologies recruited the most people, followed by Hexaware, Xebia, Tekion, and others. I was offered a data scientist role, while others were offered different roles depending on the company and its requirements. The highest package was 33 LPA, the lowest was 1.5 LPA, and the average was 5-6 LPA. Students also received internships in various companies with different role titles.
Infrastructure: All required facilities were available. The canteen was open all the time, and mess food was improved by us, so that place was good. The only problem was that earlier they had Hostel 1 for boys, but later they gave it to girls.
Faculty: Faculty members were good based on their experience. Professors with PhDs were better compared to B. Tech and M. Tech graduate professors. Semester exams were tough and met university standards. Once you learned to fill pages and get into engineer mode, it was a one-night thing. The course curriculum was mostly relevant, but as AI had come and things were moving fast, students had to try the SWAYAM and NPTEL portals for more courses and extra content.
Other: Data Science was the next big thing, considering the scenario at the time of course selection, so I opted for a more updated curriculum, which helped students actually learn industry-standard work. Events, fests, and campus crowd were all good based on the circle and mindset you had. I personally faced no problems on campus.

B.Tech. in CSE (Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning) - Batch of 2028
Offered by Sobhasaria Group of Institutions
4.6

Review of Sobhasaria Group of Institutions.
Placements: There are about 5000 students studying in this institution, and 20% of students are placed in my course, B.Tech AIML (CSE). The lowest package is 6 LPA, and the highest package is 15 to 20 LPA. Companies include Infosys, TCS, TISA, Wipro, etc. 100% of students got internships in TISA and more companies, with top roles including AI Researcher, ML Engineer, etc.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure, including Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and a three-floor library, is in very good condition with AC. Hostel facilities, including food quality and a canteen, provide quality food to the students. They have sports facilities that occur in summer, where the winners get rewards. Medical facilities are also available in the institution.
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified from reputed universities, and the teaching quality is excellent. The course curriculum is relevant, and it also makes the students industry-ready. Semester exams are sometimes moderate and sometimes hard, and the minimum percentage for passing is 35 marks in each subject of the semester.
Other: I chose this course because I want to make India rank number 1 in the technology field. The best thing about my course is that it is very beneficial and important for the future, and I also have an interest in making projects like Roots. Events are based on cultural and spiritual essence, and scholarships are also available for boys and girls, such as the National Scholarship Portal. Academics are also very good. Recently, an event occurred in which the Indian Vice-President was invited to the inauguration.

B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering - Batch of 2027
Offered by Engineering College, Ajmer
3.0
3Placements3Infrastructure3Faculty3Crowd & Campus Life3Value for Money
Absolutely satisfied with the faculty, good placement last year, happy to have good colleagues.
Placements: 40-50 percent of students got placed. The highest package is 7 LPA, the lowest is about 1 LPA-3 LPA, and the average is 4 LPA-5 LPA. Placement scenario in the college has recently increased as the number of students of electrical engineering has increased, and more for core branches.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is good. Labs are mid, and classrooms are average. There is no boys' hostel. I can't say anything about the hostel facility. The library section is very well organised and students have a peaceful environment in that. The labs are to be improved due to the equipment shortage.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful, and they give guidance on any topic or field. Faculty are more cooperative, and that's the thing I admire about them. They have cooperated as they help to choose the right path and the right method to study for good learning and explain the standard language easily for students.
Other: I chose this course because of the good campus view which is near the highway area. I think the practical-based learning and sports facilities should be improved. Scholarships have to be increased as many students suffer from financial expenses.
