For admission to the BPharm course at Brainware University, candidates are required to qualify for the general eligibility criteria and then have to appear for the entrance examination. The BPharma (Lateral Entry) programme is designed for candidates who have completed a Diploma in Pharmacy (DPharm) or an equivalent qualification. Lateral entry allows these candidates to join the BPharm course in the second year or the third semester. There is no such difference between the curriculum of both courses, as from the second year onwards the students study the same subject, no matter if they are either pursuing BPharm or BPharm Lateral.
