Learning and growing at Brainware University.
Placements: Our college has a placement rate of 98 percent. An average package ranges from 3.5 LPA to 3.8 LPA. I am a 2nd year student, so I haven't been placed yet, but as I have seen my seniors, they are definitely well placed. In 2024-2025, the highest package was 36 LPA.
Infrastructure: The campus is compact and homely. There are a total of 8 buildings currently, and everyone has its own name. The law department is in the UB-VI. Every classroom is well-equipped with AC, projectors, benches, whiteboards, and dustbins. We also have a departmental library.
Faculty: The faculty members are very genuine and helpful. They are well-experienced and highly knowledgeable. They maintain a comforting relationship with all the students. There are 2 mid-semester exams, 2 assignments, 1 presentation, and an end-of-semester exam. The pass percentage is 40 percent.
Other: I chose this course because I had been interested in the field of law, and to start my law journey, I chose Brainware University.

Good learning environment for tech students.
Placements: The campus has a good atmosphere, regular classes, and proper guidance, coding, and research work. Students can build a strong career here. 98 percent placement record in our course. Top recruiting companies are like IBM, Kargil, Infosys, etc. A maximum of students get internships from the 3rd year to the 4th year. The highest package offered in our college is 28 LPA. The lowest is 8 LPA. Overall, a good campus for placement and the environment.
Infrastructure: The department has multiple computer labs with updated systems, Python setup, DBMS tools, and AI/ML software support. Labs are air-conditioned and properly ventilated. Smart classrooms with projectors, clean seating, and good ventilation. Most classes are held in UB-IV and UB-V in our course. In the college canteen the food is good. A wide variety is available in our canteen, Indian, Chinese, South, etc. The hostel is also a very good, very friendly, and ragging-free hostel, very supportive.
Faculty: Brainware University provides strong academic support, disciplined infrastructure, and good placement opportunities for CSE and AI & ML students. The semester exams are easy to pass for anyone. If you put in a little bit of effort. This college makes you industry-ready.
Other: I chose CSE with AI & ML because the future of technology is moving towards automation, data-driven systems, and intelligent applications. This specialisation gives me an edge in both core engineering and modern technologies.

The college has an industry-focused multimedia program with an active campus life.
Placements: The B.Sc. multimedia program at Brainware University offers strong practical training. Our batch sees nearly 90% placement. Packages range from 2–9 LPA depending on skill level and portfolio. A good number of students receive internships in media and production organizations, and roles like Graphic Designer, Animator, and VFX Artist are frequently offered.
Infrastructure: Our course has functional multimedia labs, steady Wi-Fi, and classrooms for practical sessions. Hostel facilities are satisfactory, though the food quality is moderate. The campus has basic medical support and good sports areas for cricket, football, and indoor games, which add to student life.
Faculty: Most of our faculty members were supportive and had good industry experience, which made the classes practical. The curriculum was updated and helped students become industry-ready through projects and lab sessions. The semester exams were not very hard. They mainly tested understanding and practical skills. The overall pass rate in our department stayed above 80–85%.
Other: In my batch, multimedia course gives us strong practical knowledge. That is why I chose it. It is great for anyone passionate about design, video editing, and VFX. The best things are the creative labs, projects, and industry-focused learning. Better infrastructure and upgraded systems would improve the overall experience. The campus hosts regular festivals, technical events, and cultural programs. The crowd is mixed but energetic. Campus surroundings are safe and student-friendly. Connectivity and transport are decent. Scholarships are available for eligible students. Extracurricular clubs and sports provide students with a good balance beyond academics.

Satisfied with the college. It should be a little bit lenient regarding attendance.
Placements: Almost 80-90% of students are being placed, with the highest being 20-24 LPA, moderate 5-6 LPA, and the lowest 2-3 LPA. Top recruiting companies are: Serum Institute of India, Sun Pharma, Biocon, and Reliance Life Sciences. 70-80% of students get internship offers. Roles include lab assistant, professor, food safety officer, etc.
Infrastructure: There is Wi-Fi. Clean lab structure, neat classrooms, and a pin-drop silent library. The quality of food in the hostel is average, and in the canteen, it was not that good earlier, but now it has been improved. Medical facilities include clinics, and different sports and games keep happening.
Faculty: Teaching quality is top-notch. If you are a student from outside Bengal, you might have problems in the starting phase, but upon request, faculty members can change their mode of communication. It makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are quite good, and most pass.
Other: I chose this course because I've had a strong interest in Science. The best thing is I've never lost the spark. Nothing needs improvement; it's going fine. The college will have events, fests, and an anti-ragging crowd that is friendly. They also have scholarships. Activities include sports and other indoor activities.

Decent academics and infrastructure with scope for better industry links.
Placements: Almost 80% of students were placed. The highest may be 27 LPA, and the average is 5-6 LPA. The lowest is 2-3 LPA. Some top recruiting or visiting companies for biotech students reported include Novo Nordisk and Alembic Pharmaceuticals. 92% of students got placed. Placements show some individual students placed at companies like Cipla, TCS, and Novo Nordisk.
Infrastructure: Our biotech department has well-equipped labs for microbiology, biochemistry, cell biology, animal biotechnology, and cell culture, along with smart classrooms, Wi-Fi, and library access with good reference books. Hostel facilities provide basic but decent rooms. Mess and canteen food are average but hygienic.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. They explain concepts clearly, support us during practicals, and maintain a friendly environment. The curriculum is updated and relevant to the biotechnology field, covering core subjects like microbiology, molecular biology, and food technology. Semester exams are moderately difficult and mostly based on what is taught in classes and practical sessions.
Other: I chose biotechnology because I was interested in research, lab work, and understanding how scientific techniques are used to solve real-life problems. Some areas that could be improved include increasing industry visits, adding advanced instruments, and hands-on workshops. The campus hosts several events, cultural fests, and departmental activities that keep students active.
