STEP 1: Application Process

Candidates need to register for admission with an application fee of INR 1,100 (INR 550 for SC/ ST candidates). Find below the steps for the application process:

STEP 2: Selection and Admission Confirmation

Once candidates become eligible for admission, they must appear for the Entrance Test conducted by the University. Selected aspirants need to pay a fee of INR 5,500 to lock the seat. The final step of admission is to pay the Bundelkhand University DPharma fees.

Bundelkhand University, Jhansi releases around 6-8 rounds of JEE Main cutoffs during BTech admissions. The cutoffs is decided on the basis of the points mentioned below:

Bundelkhand University is generally not considered as a Tier 1 or Tier 2 university. It is a state-level university. The university has been ranked 297 under the Asian University Rankings- Southern Asia by QS University Rankings 2026 and ranked 68 in the Pharmacy category by NIRF 2025.

The results for the UP B.Ed JEE are usually announced 90 days after the examination is over. The results are usually declared at the end of May. Once the results are declared, candidates must visit the official NTA portal for the JEE and download the result by logging onto the website.

Bundelkhand University does offer direct admission based on merit of the aspirants to a limited courses. The university considers qualifying exam scores for admission to BA, BA (Hons), and other programmes. For most of the courses, aspirants either have to appear for university-level or national-level entrance exams. 

CUET UG 2026 exam will be conducted in May/June for 37 subjects. The mode of examination is CBT (Computer Based Test). NTA did not release official notification for CUET UG date sheet. Aspirants who have completed Class 12 with Commerce/ Science with Maths stream with at least 50% aggregate (vocational subject student need not apply) can apply for BCom (Hons) at Bundelkhand University Jhansi. Candidates must have documents to prove their admission at the time of verification.

Candidates who wish to apply for Bundelkhand University MBA programme must complete a minimum of graduation. The aggregate requirement may vary for MBA specialisations. Below is detailed eligibility for BU Jhansi MBA:

• Candidates who have completed graduation with at least 50% aggregate can apply for MBA General, International Business and Financial Management.
• For all other MBA specialisations, aspirants need to secure at least 45% aggregate in graduation.

Bundelkhand University considers AKTU Entrance Test or Bundelkhand University Entrance Test scores for admission to BTech. Aspirants do not require passing JEE Main for admission to BTech programme of the university. Candidates must also meet the eligibility requirements for admission. Aspirants who have passed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/ Biology with at least 50% aggregate can apply for BTech.

BPharm is a four-year course of Bundelkhand University spread across semesters. Below are some of the subjects that are a part of the curriculum:

Students must fulfil the required eligibility criteria to avail Central Sector Scheme of Scholarship for College and University Students. The criteria is given below:

• Candidate must be pursuing regular degree courses and not correspondence or distance mode or pursuing Diploma courses.
• Students must be above the 80th percentile of successful candidates in the relevant stream from the respective Board of Examination in Class 12 or equivalent.
• The applicant must be pursuing courses at colleges/institutions recognised by the All India Council for Technical Education and the respective Regulatory Bodies concerned.
• The applicant must not be availing the benefit of any other scholarship schemes including State-run scholarship schemes/ fee waivers & reimbursement schemes.
• The gross parental/family income of the applicant should not exceed INR 4,50,000 per annum.
• For renewal of scholarship in each year of study, besides getting at least 50% marks in the Annual Examination, maintenance of adequate attendance of at least 75%, will also be the criteria.

Bundelkhand University MBA programme is offered in six specialisations and the duration of the programme is two years. The specialisations, include International Business, Tourism, Financial Management, Business Economics, etc. The University conducts its own entrance test, based on which final selection is made. However, the University also accepts AKTU entrance test scores for some specialisations. Aspirants who have passed graduation with at least 45%-50% aggregate can apply for any of the MBA specialisations.

Bundelkhand University JEE Main Cutoff 2024 was released for admission to the BTech courses. The cutoff ranks for JEE Main varied between 216275 and 1281371, among the General Home State quota candidates. The most difficult courses out of all turned out to be BTech in CSE. On the contrary, the most difficult one was B.Tech. in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering. The cutoff was released for different categories under the Home State quota.

Yes, aspirants who have passed graduation or PG in any discipline with at least 50% aggregate. The university follows NCTE regulations for B.Ed admission. Candidates must have the documents proving their eligibility like Class 12 marksheet, passing certificate, etc. for getting verification at later stages of admission.

Besides, meeting the eligibility requirements, aspirants must pass UP B.Ed JEE exam. It is a state-level entrance exam conducted once in a year.

NTA had started the CUET PG 2026 application process on December 14, 2025, at the official website for admissions to the master's degree programmes offered at various participating institutes.

CUET PG registration process 2026 was completely online, and candidates could fill out the application form by creating a registered account at the official website. The last date for filling out the CUET PG application form 2026 was January 23, 2026. Originally, the last date of application was January 14, 2026, which was extended till January 20 and January 23. The application fee had to be paid by January 25, 11.50 PM.
