Visva Bharati University Admission through CUET
The CUET UG counselling registration for Visva Bharati University for the academic year 2026-27 will commence in the third week of July 2026. The Visva Bharati University CUET counselling registration process will be conducted on the official Samarth Portal. The university offers admission to 53 Four-Year undergraduate courses in different majors and B.Sc. (Hons) course through CUET. Upon the release of the application form, candidates must register by paying the non-refundable registration fee before the deadline. The university will also open a correction window for two days during which candidates can make changes to their online form, except for their profile section.
The Visva Bharati University is a CUET participating central university, which provides admission to UG courses based on NTA score and course-wise eligibility criteria for different categories, including UR, OBC, SC, & ST. After obtaining the CUET results, candidates will be able to apply for CUET counselling for various participating universities. To apply for CUET UG counselling, candidates can follow the process below;
- Register for the CUET cousnelling process on official website of participating university

The number of seats offered through CUET UG counselling is not certain, it is estimated to be approximately 10,000 seats. Seat availability depends on course and university that candidate has applied for. Candidates can check the university wise CUET counselling seats on its repective official website.
CUET UG counselling process schedule is announced by the participating universities after the declaration of CUET results. The process will be conducted separately by the universities and it will not be a centralised counselling system. The CUET 2025 counselling process will have the following stages:
- Each participating institute will release its individual rank list of candidates who are eligible to participate in the counselling process of CUET 2025.
- Candidates will have to register online and then appear in online counselling followed by offline counselling.
- Upon seat allotment, candidates will have to pay the admission fee and report to institutes to accept the admission offer.

CUET scores are used for admission to various universities/colleges that candidates has applied for while filling the application form. NTA will announce the CUET result 2026 tentatively in first week of July. CUET UG result 2026 will be announced at cuet.nta.nic.in online. Candidates who will appear for the exam can check their scores online. Students will be required to enter their login credentials to view the CUET scorecard 2026. NTA will mention the applicant's details and subject-wise score for CUET 2026. The scores will be sent to the universities for which candidates have applied soon after the declaration of results. However, if the domain subjects for which the student has appeared, qualify as per the institute’s course requirement, they will be eligible for admission process.
The CUET UG counselling is conducted by the universities acepting CUET UG scores seperately. Candidates will have to apply seperately for each university to appear for the CUET UG counselling process. National Testing Agency (NTA) has no role in conduction counselling process for CUET UG admissions. The participating universities conduct CUET counselling on the basis of candidate's CUET score and college preferences. The candidates are supposed to fill the forms for college and course for seat allotment. Candidates must stay updated with the important dates for admission to participating universities.
