Capital University admissions are both merit and entrance-based. Candidates can get admission either based on their merit in the last qualifying exam or CUET, JEE Main scores. The university considers CUET score for most of the UG programmes. Aspirants can apply for BTech with JEE Main score also. The university accepts CAT, MAT or CMAT score for MBA admission. The minimum aggregate ranges between 45%-55% aggregate in Class 12 for UG courses. Hence, aspirants with 60% in Class 12 can easily get into Capital University provided they also fulfil the selection requirements. 

Candidates with JEE Main score are preferred for Capital University BTech admission. Aspirants with CUET score can also get admission in BTech programme. The university also considers the merit of the aspirants for admission. Candidates must complete Class 12 in relevant subjects to apply for any of the BTech specialisations.
