The Entrance Test will be of a single question paper of 2 hours duration containing 100 objective type questions, based on 10 questions each from 10 papers of the subject, namely: Jurisprudence, Constitutional Law of India, Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), Law of Contract (General principles of contract), Law of Torts, Public International Law, Family law (Hindu and Muslim Law), Environmental Law, Administrative Law and Company Law, each with multiple choices having only one best amongst the given choices.

Eligibility Criteria for BPES (CCSU) 1. Academic Qualification Applicants must have completed 10+2 or equivalent from a recognised board. Required minimum marks: General/OBC candidates: at least 45% SC/ST candidates: at least 40% A sports participation certificate is mandatory for allapplicants. 2. Selection Process ComponentsAdmission to BPES involves multiple stages, assessed cumulatively: Physical Fitness & Efficiency Test – includes endurance, strength, flexibility, sports skill assessments, etc. Personal Interview – evaluated out of 10 marks. University Weightage – scored out of 8 marks (as per CCSU's Appendix 4). Academic Weightage – out of 14 marks; full 14 marks for First Division, 10 marks for Second Division. Minimum Physical Fitness Threshold – candidates must achieve at least 30% average percentile score in the physical fitness test to qualify. Not participating in any item disqualifies the candidate. 3. Merit List & Reservation Final merit ranking is based on the aggregate score from all the above components.
