Which documents are required for CEPT 2025 application form?
Before filling out the CEPT 2025 application form, the candidates were advised to keep the following documents ready.
- Passport-size photo (photo taken in full-face view, facing the camera with both eyes open). The photo should be a maximum of 100 KB and its dimensions should be 170X170 pixels (white background only).
- Scanned copy of the certificate for the reservation category issued by the competent authority. (Do not attach photographs of certificates).
- Scanned copies of the transcripts, mark sheets, and certifications (Max 10 MB).
- Abstract of Dissertation/ Capstone Project.
- Portfolio (Attach A4 size single PDF – Landscape, maximum 10 pages. File size maximum 20 MB and maximum 150 dpi).
- CGPA Certificate is mandatory to upload in case your mark sheets/transcripts do not indicate marks/percentage.
- CV (Max 10 MB).

Yes. For MArch admissions, candidates will be required to upload their portfolios in the CEPT application form. The attached portfolios should be an A4 size single PDF with maximum 10 pages in landscape format. The maximum file size and dimension should be 20MB and 150 dpi, respectively. Since portfolio holds 50% weightage in Stage 1 of the CEPT admission process, the candidates are advised to carefully upload the PDF.
While filling CEPT application form, candidates should upload passport-size photograph. Photograph must be taken in white background with a full-face view and open eyes. Photograph dimension must be 170 x 170 pixels and maximum size of 100 KB.
