College is above average as compared to other colleges around the area, and has a nice faculty.
Placements: My course is AI, and this was introduced around 2023, so I can't say a lot about placements. For other batches (B Tech), the average comes around 8-9 LPA, and the highest around 30-40 LPA (1 crore is an exception). Moreover, it also depends on off-campus opportunities.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is pretty nice, and more buildings are being constructed. Wi-Fi works pretty well for me, and classrooms are fully furnished but don't have AC, whereas labs do have AC. Labs are also quite nice. Hostels also have Wi-Fi facilities, and medical facilities are also available.
Faculty: For sure, teachers are amiable, understanding, and helpful. My teachers are all new, so I can't actually say a lot about teaching quality. I feel it was average. For the current curriculum, we have subjects that are quite relevant. Semester exams are above average in difficulty level.

My review regarding the college is very good so far in 3 semesters.
Placements: Currently, I am pursuing my B.Com Honours from CGC University. I am in my 3rd semester right now, and I opted for DCPD, which started in the 3rd semester itself. Right now, there is no placement drive conducted, so I look forward to good companies coming with good packages.
Infrastructure: I am a hostel president in my first year, and the only problem I faced as a hosteler is the issue of hygienic food and poor quality of the food that is served in the hostel. Infrastructure-wise, the hostel is very good and the University itself is very good, so no issue regarding that.
Faculty: For this particular section, I am giving 5 stars because all the faculty members in the commerce department are very good. Classes for B.Com are held in Block 4 on the 5th floor. Also, the exams are very tough and very engaging, and there are two mini semester exams before the semester final exam.
Other: You will be left with no time with DCPD classes scheduled, and the regular course classes are also scheduled at the same time. This makes the daily schedule very hectic; at least there must be some spare time.

One of the best college and best decision of my life of choosing CGC University.
Placements: I have just started my B.A. LL.B. course and I don't know much about the placements, but one thing which I can say for sure is that there is a wall of fame on which there are photographs of many students who have got a good placement, and the amount of package is also really good.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is excellent, and while talking about it, I would like to refer that there is availability of high-speed Wi-Fi. The libraries are equipped with many books, and a separate library is there for every branch. Also, a lot of online material is available for us, which has worth of millions.
Faculty: I would say that the faculty members of our college are one of the best faculty members as they are NET qualified, which shows that college has high standards, which is a good thing for the students. The semester exams are medium types, and the pass percentage would be 80-85%.

In short, overall, the college is good. There is very good infrastructure and education facility.
Placements: I joined this college for Computer Applications, which is a very good reputed college in North sectors. The highest package in this college is more than 50 LPA and the average package is 7 to 8 LPA. The top recruitment companies are TCS, Infosys, and other IT companies.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is very good. There is a well-decorated library with more than 5000 books, and digital books are also available. Wi-Fi is available all day, and there is a digital lab classroom. Some classrooms are digital, while some are still old ones.
Faculty: Teachers are very good, supportive, and helpful, They provide guidance personally and professionally. They are also available for mental guidance and support. The course in this college is famous in IT sectors because IT is a high-demand occupation.
Other: I chose this course because it is a highly regarded IT department. My passion is to serve in the army. Army jobs now require training in IT and digital warfare, so I chose this course.

Overall, full of ups and downs, but the experience was a good memory.
Placements: I have not opted for the DCP placements drive facility, nor do I want placement from this college, which is now a university, so I am not willing to write anything here in this section, but since it's a mandatory section, I am writing this review.
Infrastructure: I took the Gangotri girls' hostel in my first semester, and it was very good. The hostel is very large and has 6 stories. There is a catch for the young runs of the faculty members and staff members on the ground floor. There are two mess on the ground floor, and non-vegetarian food is served every Wednesday in both the mess.
Faculty: Currently, I'm pursuing my third semester at CGC University in the MBA department, and my experience with the exams is very good. Exams are tough and mostly contain oceans of blooms. Taxonomy level 6, and faculty members are very good. Overall, nice experience for this section.
Other: Do not expect anything extraordinary. It's just like other universities.

I am still at an informative stage in this university, so I am looking forward to it positively.
Placements: I am currently pursuing my first semester in BBA, and placement is the sole reason why I came from Patna to Chandigarh, and I am looking forward very eagerly and positively to making a good start in my career. I will make sincere efforts to get placed.
Infrastructure: I have been admitted to CGC University and its Jhanjeri campus, but my hostel is allotted in the Landran campus. I have to travel by bus, as a result, and I'm seriously saying it's very difficult to commute via bus. The distance between Landran Boys hostel and CGC Jhanjeri is 6 km.
Faculty: Our BBA department is located on the 4th floor in the block next to Chandigarh School of Business, and I will say that all of the faculty members are very good. Curriculum is also very good, and regarding exams, I will say it will be my first time I will appear for them.
Other: It has been only one month since I arrived at 3 GC University, so nothing at present to share in this section.
