Great college life.

Placements: 100 percent of students are given the opportunity to participate in the placement drive, and everyone gets placed. Very good procedure for the job interviews set up done by the college. It has different tie-ups with companies and industries. I love CGC for placements. It creates great opportunities for students on campus for placements.

Infrastructure: Hostels are clean, and the mess food quality is awesome, just like home. I don't miss my home. I love my hostel. Greenery is present on the campus. Different sports activities, including football, basketball, volleyball, cricket, tennis, and badminton, are available.

Faculty: Well qualified faculty. They have perfect teaching techniques. All professors are very supportive; exams are well structured for the course. The curriculum of the PCI is properly followed. The faculty have been great with classroom and lab teaching. All the faculty are very disciplined towards the teaching.

Other: Great campus with all the facilities, with adequate amenities, different types of food shops available, and healthy and good snacks are available.

College has a very vibrant and dynamic experience.

Placements: The first batch of Pharmacy in B.Pharm is yet to pass out and they are in the 5th semester right now. There's no idea how the placements are conducted, but based on the reputation of the college, we hope that big pharmaceutical companies visit this campus. We hope for getting good placements by this Institute, and that's the sole reason why we came here.

Infrastructure: As a lower, I am living in a rental flat with my family, where we can get a quarter in the army sector. I have not obtained for hostel because I live with my family I have not opted for hostel because I live with my family.

Faculty: The faculty members in our pharmacy department are the best and assist us and prepare us in making various Pharmaceutical products. On the day of pharmacy day, the competition is judged by the HOD, and an external judge is also called. Exams are held in a semester-wise scheme, and the course curriculum is very engaging. The course structure of Pharmacy is very good, it is based on practical knowledge. They make us do practical work, including checking blood pressure, testing blood group on pharmacy day.

Other: It's one of the best departments, nothing extra to share. Our department celebrates the occasion, and a competition is held in which competitors are given a task of making cough syrup and ointment.

My experience at CGC University Mohali.

Placements: It has good placement, and around 80–90% is the placement ratio for pharmacy. According to me, it’s best from a placement point of view. Good companies come for campus placement. Special programmes for placement are done, like the department of development, placement, and career.

Infrastructure: It has good and clean infrastructure. We have a developed lab with all equipment available. Also, campus life is awesome here in CGC Jhanjeri. Libraries have all essential books, and 24-hour Wi-Fi facility is available on campus and in all blocks. Hostel rooms and canteens are cleaned regularly, and hostel food is also great. In fact, we have a dispensary on campus, and games and sports opportunities are also here. So, do choose CGC Jhanjeri.

Faculty: All the faculty are experienced and friendly to each student. They know how to interact with students and support them in their assignments and activities. They solve doubts and give each student a personal mentor. They have a mentor-mentee programme. All faculty are the best.

Other: It has many fests and events which give the best hostel life.

This college is overall amazing with good infrastructure and helpful faculty members.

Placements: They have good offers for placements. They have many good companies for placement offers with good annual income. Every student is provided with good and better placement according to their grades. I am satisfied with their placement offers. They give good placements.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is also very good at the college. They provide us good quality infrastructure for both hostel and college. We are provided with good quality tables, chairs, and lecture stands. The fans also worked very well. Each block has good air exhauster.

Faculty: All faculty members are very helpful and intelligent with good degrees. For passing the exam, you need 50% marks. Only the students with 75% attendance are allowed to give the exam. Faculty members are totally cooperative with the students whether it is studies or any other problem. They give us good knowledge. They do not pressurize us.

Other: I chose this course because I wanted to be in the doctor line and I love to deal with medicine. The best thing about my course is that it is very interesting and knowledgeable. The college conducts many events and fests for entertainment.

College is good and you should go for it.

Placements: Around 40 seniors got placed in the batch of 50. The highest package is 15 LPA. The lowest is 3 LPA. The average is 4 LPA. Top companies are Lupin, Sun Pharma, Gracian, and GMC. 90% of students got internships in the listed companies. Roles are quality control mainly.

Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure are good for B.pharmacy with good classrooms and smart classes. Labs are top-notch and properly managed. Wi-Fi is the best part as it gives a speed of about 140-150 Mbps. The library is also large with a large number of books. Facilities in the hostel are good. The quality of the food is also above average. It also depends upon your taste. There is a dispensary available here from where you can get medicine for free. We have a sports arena with sports like football, cricket, hand ball, volleyball, and badminton.

Faculty: Teachers are very good and helpful here. Most of the teachers are Ph.D. holders. They are very knowledgeable with great teaching quality. The study in this course is practically focused which helps students to get ready for industrial work. Semester exams are conducted by PTU which are moderate to hard. The passing percentage is 40% in theory and 50% both combined for internal and external.

Other: I opted for this course because I have an interest in medicine and business. The best thing about this course is that it is available for both medical and non-medical students. Everything is good but they should improve the syllabus and make it a bit less as it will remove pressure and stress from students. Events are gradually done here from time to time. Fests are also done. The campus crowd is very good with beautiful girls around here. The connectivity is also good. The campus is surrounded by lush green farms and villages. Scholarships are also provided here which you can get after appearing for the CGCUET exam.

Completely satisfied with the college faculty members and infrastructure.

Placements: 90% of students got placements from the college during my time. The DCPD classes helped us a lot to prepare for the placement drive. Overall, it was a great moment because all my friends got placements from the college. They got placed in well-known companies, not small ones. The placement of this college was also very good because teachers prepared students for the new era in the world.

Infrastructure: Labs were very clean, and equipment was available for students. The Wi-Fi-enabled campus helped students learn new technologies with the help of AI. Many tasks were done by artificial intelligence, and students needed to know about this.

Faculty: Faculty of CGC was very qualified. They helped not only academically but also practically. It makes students very effective in the market.

Other: I chose that course because I was a non-medical student and I wanted to work in the health sector. I saw that this was a good option because of a Bachelor of Pharmacy. It was not only a degree but also provided many career opportunities for students.

It’s good for pharmacy and has amazing infrastructure.

Placements: The pharmacy department is new, but the placement cell is working hard on it. In my opinion, you should check it out.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is one of the best. The pharmacy department is in Block 5. The building is new, and everything is great. I have loved it from the very first day. I am typing this in my first semester, and so far, I love everything about this college. The hostel is good too. Currently, boys have two hostels.

Faculty: Faculty is awesome, and the curriculum is from PTU, so it is good too. I love it, and the study material is amazing. I like how faculty interacts with us. Their teaching style is different and unique. Most students will love it because it is different from school.

Other: Pharmacy is one of the best programs in this area, and you will have a great experience at this college. Teachers are great and interactive.

The college is very good. The education provided is top-notch. I would recommend this college.

Placements: Pharmacy placements at CGC Jhanjeri are moderate compared to engineering or management courses. The placement cell is active, and students do get assistance with training, resume building, and interview preparation. The companies that visit here are Cipla, Lupin, Dr. Reddy, etc.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of classrooms, labs, etc., is very good and the Wi-Fi quality is also top-notch. The food quality of mess and canteen is also very good. They are very hygienic. The medical support is given very nicely here. There are various facilities given in the hostel too.

Faculty: The curriculum follows the PCI (Pharmacy Council of India) guidelines, ensuring national-level standardization. Emphasis on both theoretical knowledge and practical skills includes lab work, instrumentation training, and industrial visits. Skill-based learning is encouraged through workshops, internships, and participation in pharma events and conferences. The faculty here is very helpful and understanding.
