I would not recommend this college, especially for psychology.

Placements: Placements at Chitkara, especially in the Psychology department, are very poor. It is like you are doing a Master's in clinical psychology, and they are offering you some call centre jobs and some random jobs which are not completely acceptable. So it's very bad. The maximum salary package offered was 3 LPA.

Infrastructure: No doubt the infrastructure is very nice at Chitkara. But the food is very bad, and every day they repeat the same. There is no variety for 4 days a week, and you will have to eat Dal Makhani in the mess twice a week for lunch and dinner. So it's very bad, and they don't change the menu. They also serve paneer in dinner every second or third day, but the quality of paneer is too cheap.

Faculty: The faculty at the Chitkara Psychology department is not good at all. They are so biased that they might debar you just because they don't like you. So if you want to score good grades and want to give exams without paying the reappear exam fee, then you have to be in the good books of your teachers all the time.

Other: The only thing about the university is that they conduct many good DJ nights and fests in the university. Also, if you have good friends, you can survive the university. A lot of food outlets are there, and the Wi-Fi is provided all over the campus. There is nothing good about this other than these.

Placements: Placements are very good in our college. Almost 90% of students got placed in our college. Parexel is the top recruiting company. The salary package offered is around 4 LPA - 5.6 LPA.
