CMR Entrance Test

Candidate must have completed two years Master’s degree or equivalent from recognized University.

Candidates who have completed M.Phil. with coursework and obtained at least 55% marks in aggregate or its equivalent grade ‘B’ in the UGC 7-point scale (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) can also apply. Or Candidates having professional qualifications of Chartered Accountancy (CA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Cost and Management Accountants (CMAs) of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India as equivalent to PG Program can also apply. Or Candidates with Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology/Architecture/ Medicine under 10+2+4/5 system or Master’s Degree in Science/Computer Applications under 10+2+3+2/3 with not less than a First Class or equivalent CGPA are eligible to apply. Or Candidates who have completed graduation with minimum 60% marks and 5 years of relevant work experience can also apply.

Entrance Test
Shortlisted candidates will be called for entrance exam based on marks obtained in qualifying examination. Candidates who have qualified UGC/CSIR NET (JRF), SET/SLET, GATE or any other examination considered equivalent by AIU/ M. Phil Degree from a recognized University as per UGC regulations, 2009 are exempted from entrance test.
Personal Interview
Shortlisted candidates will be called for personal interview based on marks obtained in entrance exam/ qualifying examination.
Final Selection
Candidates are selected based on postgraduate examination and entrance exam/ qualifying examination marks and performance in personal interview.
