MBBS - Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery - Batch of 2029

It has bad infrastructure, but it still provides a fabulous teaching and college experience.
Placements: The college is more than good. More than 70 percent of students get placed. Our students get selected to AIIMS. The lowest salary offered is Rs. 30,000 per month. The highest salary offered is 1 lakh per month. Courses offered here are cardiology, neurology, orthopedics, gynaecology, ophthalmology, paediatrics, and surgery.
Infrastructure: Some rooms have very bad infrastructure and facilities. Some don't even have good washrooms. We need to run to other buildings to go to washrooms. Some building, like the centenary alumni building, has high-class infrastructure. It also provides full Wi-Fi, spacious labs, big classrooms, and an extraordinary library.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. We need to make good use of them, which is itself the hardest part. The MBBS course curriculum is relevant, and it makes students industry-ready. The pass percentage is more than 50 percent. It is actually difficult to pass exams, but some barely pass.
Other: My mother's dream is to make me join this course, so I chose this course. I wish this course were better if there were less stress. It has less syllabus, more time, more worth, and more respect.

I'd highly recommend this college to people who want to join the BDS.
Placements: There are multiple top roles one can aim for. I've heard a lot about prosthodontics, as it involves many high-earning opportunities like implants, prosthetic dentition, etc. They are expensive treatments, and the very common endodontics for cavity problems, tooth restoration, tooth fracture treatment, etc.
Infrastructure: Classrooms and clinical equipment are pretty decent, but the overall building infrastructure looks kind of old school. The facilities are decent enough. We have a huge ground for sports, a library with tons of space, and a separate reading room. The labs are well-maintained.
Faculty: The faculty here is very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly respect them not only for their professionalism but also for the way they treat me as a fellow human. They're very responsive and friendly, but I've heard that the internal exam papers are pretty tough sometimes.
Other: Basically, I'm interested in dentistry, so I picked BDS, and the reason I got into this college is that I've heard it has good clinical equipment and responsive staff.

MBBS - Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery - Batch of 2029

Really good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: In MBBS, every year, 250 students are admitted. 99 percent of the students are getting their internship, while the other 1 percent are detained due to their negligence and responsibility, even though the faculty pushes their maximum limits to make them pass out. Many get their pgs in surgery, general medicine, and gynecology.
Infrastructure: We have a vast campus area. We can study in digitalised and well-ventilated classrooms with very good faculty. We have a smart lab. When we can practice on maneuvers and recently our campus is trying to excel on robotics surgeries too and to make the students relieved their stress there are courts for basketball, tabletennis, badminton volleyball ball and throw ball and for the fitness freaks there is a gym and a walking track & you can enjoy nature near the pond and for studies there is a green library so that the students can study in pace.
Faculty: We have a very good faculty that excels in teaching students so greatly. The management conducts 3 internal exams in a year, and a final exam is conducted by NTRUHS. In addition to that, our campus conducts PCT (party completion tests) to give us an experience and to make our loads lesser.

It is an excellent place for MBBS students.
Placements: As a house surgeon from my batch, most students from the MBBS course are successfully placed into compulsory rotation. The stipend offered is usually for CRRI postings in clinical departments. Internships are offered within the college hospital itself. More than 95 percent of students get internship placements, as it is part of the curriculum. Major recruiting hospitals for further placements or PG preparation support include reputed private hospitals and government medical facilities. Top roles offered during internship include junior intern, clinical assistant, and duty medical officer.
Infrastructure: Our medical college provides well-equipped laboratory services, labs, digital classrooms, a central library, and 24x7 Wi-Fi access in academic blocks. The hospital attached to the college has good clinical exposure with multiple departments and adequate patient flow. Hostel facilities are decent with proper rooms, regular cleaning, and basic amenities. The mess food quality is average, but hygienic. The canteen offers additional options. There are also sports areas and reading rooms.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are knowledgeable and supportive, especially in major clinical subjects. Their teaching methods, besides clinics and seminars, make understanding easy. The MBBS course curriculum follows NMC guidelines, making it highly recommended and industry-ready. Exams are moderately difficult but manageable with consistent study. The pass percentage is good, as the college provides internal assessment and practical exposure throughout the year.
Other: I chose the MBBS course and this college because of its strong clinical exposure, experienced faculty members, and structured learning environment. The best part of the course is the continuous hands-on training and the availability of all departments under one roof. I hope the college improves hostel maintenance and increases extracurricular activities in the future.

Good placements in KMC in 2024 due to low cutoff.
Placements: There are high chances of getting placement in Kurnool Medical College for UG MBBS with an above average percentage in the NEET UG exam. There is high patient flow in this government hospital, leading to high exposure for students learning. It also gives us many opportunities to have a hand in experiences. Many students from our course got internships in our college and many other good colleges. After completion of MBBS, we can take any higher courses like PG in various subjects.
Infrastructure: Facilities of the government hostel are mostly good, some buildings are old in infrastructure, but the hostel is provided with repair facilities, though the petition for renovation of the hostel is still in process. The food quality of the mess is actually up to standard. We also have a facility to play sports such as badminton, tennis, etc.
Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified professionals and have good teaching quality. Mostly, there will be PPT presentation based teaching, recently, there have been changes in it, making sure there are more teacher student interactions. The semester exams are moderate to difficult, sometimes easy, depend on the level at which we study. Pass percentage is 50 percent.
Other: I have a passion for becoming a doctor since I am little, so I chose MBBS. The best things about MBBS are that we get to learn everything about our body and ways of projecting our body. There are chances of participating in extracurricular activities like sports, dancing, singing, etc.

Absolutely satisfied, mainly with the cultural and sports activities.
Placements: Actually, ours is a medical college and we don't have any placements, but I can tell you about getting a PG seat after MBBS. I can't tell that everyone gets a seat in the direct attempt, but our college students have a good foundation and have good chances of getting a seat early in not only NEET but also other exams like INI CET, USMLE, etc. Some of our college students are working as medical officers.
Infrastructure: Basic facilities like a good hostel, library, and a good hospital are available, but other modern facilities like Wi-Fi are not. Mess food is not as good as we expect, but it is okay to eat. The library should be developed much better. Canteens are available, and one good thing is that our hospital has high patient input, which helps us to interact more with patients and practice clinics better.
Faculty: Teachers are good. They help us in other things also, like supporting us in low times and helping us in extracurricular activities, but some faculty are not good, and theory classes are not good to listen to. Regarding exams, we don't usually study better for exams that they kept in the middle of the year. This happens every time because we don't have time, so it is better to give some time to every exam.
Other: Our college is good, mainly in the aspect of fests and events. We organize, participate, and enjoy fantastic fests and marvelous events every year. We enjoy a lot. Everyone comes as an introvert but gradually gets involved in cultural activities, and some become pros. It's really a good college.
