FLAME University Courses & Fees 2026: UG, PG, Doctorate, Certificate Courses

FEAT result for each cycle will be announced 10-15 days after the exam. The candidates can check their results on the official website by using their login ID.

FEAT dates for admission to BBA, BSc and BA courses offered by FLAME University are released online in the month of October. Candidates interested in applying to the University can fill the application form for FEAT under the early decision online cycle first followed by subsequent admission rounds. After the exam is over, FLAME University conducts Essay Writing followed by a Personal Interview on the same day of the exam. Based on the FEAT exam schedule from previous sessions, the admission process is expected to start in December and will end by the last week of May. 

Admission to the doctoral-level programme is entrance-based. Moreover, the final selection is done based on the statement of purposes,  CV/Resume, score of GC/CSIR/JRF/PhD FEAT, and performance in the online interview round. Apart from this, it is also crucial that the aspirants fulfil the eligibility criteria as prescribed by the university.

At the undergraduate level, FLAME University offers BA, BDes, and several other programmes to students. At the postgraduate level, the university provides MSc, MBA, and various other programmes to students. FLAME University Pune also provides PhD, and several other programmes to students like FLAME University Summer Immersion Programme, and others. 

Aspirants need to pass university-level entrance exam or provide a score in any of the accepted tests for admission in FLAME University. The tests are not very tough. Students can pass with decent level of preparation. Students with decent score can also get admission provided they also meet the eligibility. There is no aggregate mentioned for UG courses. For PG, it is 50%. Hence, aspirants can get admission easily.

For Undergraduate Program:

• FEAT (FLAME Entrance Aptitude Test): An admission test is a mandatory qualifying criterion for admission to FLAME University. FLAME has its admission test called the FLAME Entrance Aptitude Test (FEAT). FLAME also accepts SAT / ACT scores for admission. In the application form, one needs to indicate whether they wish to appear for FEAT.

• Essay: During the online assessment, one is required to complete an essay, the topic of which will be provided on the spot. One is required to complete their essay in 200- 250 words and is given 20 minutes for this.

• Online Personal Interview: This part of the admission process is also conducted online after one completes the FLAME Entrance Aptitude Test (FEAT)/FLAME Design Aptitude Test (FDAT) and the Essay. Possible questions may include reasons for applying to FLAME, passions, role models, learnings, and aspirations. 

For Undergraduate Design Program:

• FDAT (FLAME Design Aptitude Test): After you submit your application for the Bachelor of Design, you have to appear for the FDAT. FDAT consists of two parts:

• Part one: The general aptitude test is based on an online examination (MCQ-based) and consists of verbal ability, reasoning ability, quantitative ability, and general knowledge.

• Part two: Contains different types of drawing, sketching, and situation analysis questions that test the design and creative ability of candidates.

• Online Personal Interview: This part of the admission process will also be conducted online after you complete the FLAME Design Aptitude Test (FDAT). FLAME University's admission panel will conduct the Personal Interview. 

No, Flame University does not offer direct admission. The university conducts entrance exams for the offered courses. Candidates have to take this exam to become eligible for admission. The exam gauge the candidate's aptitude, subject knowledge, etc. Moreover, FLAME University also accept national-level exams such as CAT/XAT/CMAT/NMAT/MAT/GMAT/MAH CET. Candidates with a valid score in either of the accepted exam are exempted from the university entrance tests.

Admission to the various programme is entrance-based. Students can check some of course-wise slection criteria from the table presented below:

Candidates with a valid bachelor's degree from a recognised university with at least 50% aggregate is eligible to apply for MBA at FLAME University. The application form can be filled out via university official website. For selection, the aspirants score in either of the accepted exams, including CAT/ XAT/ CMAT/ NMAT/ MAT/ GMAT/ MAH CET/, essay, personal interview, past academic record, statement of purpose, extra-curricular activities, achievements and personality profiling are taken into consideration.

No, FLAME University cutoff 2026 is yet to be released by the university. Based on the past year trends, students can however, get a general estimate. For MBA, the cutoff went to 75 percentile (CAT/ MAT/ XAT) and 200 in NMAT. Hence, a similar score would be good enough for admission to the MBA programme. For other courses, students are selected through FEAT. The exact percentage can be confirmed from the university itself.

Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC) releases the NMAT scores immediately after the exam has been submitted. However, the scorecard is not downloadable immediately after the submission of responses. Candidates can download the NMAT scorecard within 48 hours of the test date. The scorecard can be downloaded and kept for future references while applying at different participating institutes. GMAC will share best of three exam scores within the NMAT participating institutes selected by the candidate while applying for the exam.

Yes, the students can apply under need-based financial aid during the time of admission. FLAME University offers emergency tuition restoration grant that is to help students who are facing difficulty due to a challenging financial situation and academic merit-based scholarships to the students enrolled at the university.

NMAT by GMAC registration is now open. As per the NMAT examination process in the past exam sessions, GMAC conducts the NMAT exam from within a testing window facilitated until the third week of December. Candidates can appear for the NMAT exam thrice during this window. Candidates have to complete the retake registration to apply for another exam take.
