MBA at FLAME University is a full-time course with a total duration of two years. FLAME University MBA courses are offered in offered in one specialisation aside from the general MBA course which is MBA in Communications Management. FLAME University MBA scholarships includes merit based scholarships for the students who manage to gain admissions at the institute. The scholarship programme is known as the FLAME Fellows Programme which offers scholarships to postgraduate students including MBA students on the basis of the CAT or XAT percentile.
Students who score above 90 percentile or GMAT scores above 650 along with a consistent academic record are eligible for the aforementioned scholarship. The scholarship awardees are known as FLAME fellows and are offered a 100% tuition fee waiver.
The FLAME University Pune scholarships will be given only to 20 deserving candidates for the postgraduate programmes. The selection process for this scholarship will be multi-level, including a written Essay, Video SOP and two rounds of interviews. The final selection will be done by a panel comprising Board Members and Industry Professionals along with the Vice Chancellor and the Dean.

FLAME University MBA 2026 FAQs
XAT 2026 registration process began from July 10, 2025. Official announcement of commencement of XAT registration process 2026 has been made by XLRI at its website. Interested candidates have to register for XAT 2026 by creating a login ID at xatonline.in website. The XAT application fee will be INR 2200. Candidates will have to pay the fee to submit the XAT application form.
Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC) releases the NMAT scores immediately after the exam has been submitted. However, the scorecard is not downloadable immediately after the submission of responses. Candidates can download the NMAT scorecard within 48 hours of the test date. The scorecard can be downloaded and kept for future references while applying at different participating institutes. GMAC will share best of three exam scores within the NMAT participating institutes selected by the candidate while applying for the exam.
NMAT by GMAC registration is now open. As per the NMAT examination process in the past exam sessions, GMAC conducts the NMAT exam from within a testing window facilitated until the third week of December. Candidates can appear for the NMAT exam thrice during this window. Candidates have to complete the retake registration to apply for another exam take.

FEAT (FLAME Entrance Aptitude Test): An admission test is a mandatory qualifying criterion for admission to FLAME University. FLAME has its admission test called the FLAME Entrance Aptitude Test (FEAT). FLAME also accepts SAT / ACT scores for admission. In the application form, one needs to indicate whether they wish to appear for FEAT.
Essay: During the online assessment, one is required to complete an essay, the topic of which will be provided on the spot. One is required to complete their essay in 200- 250 words and is given 20 minutes for this.
Online Personal Interview: This part of the admission process is also conducted online after one completes the FLAME Entrance Aptitude Test (FEAT)/FLAME Design Aptitude Test (FDAT) and the Essay. For Undergraduate Design Program:
FDAT (FLAME Design Aptitude Test): After you submit your application for the Bachelor of Design, you have to appear for the FDAT. FDAT consists of two parts:
Part one: The general aptitude test is based on an online examination (MCQ-based) and consists of verbal ability, reasoning ability, quantitative ability, and general knowledge.
Part two: Contains different types of drawing, sketching, and situation analysis questions that test the design and creative ability of candidates.
