FLAME UNIVERSITY Course Admissions 2026: Fees, Eligibility, Dates & Selection Process

As per the available information, getting direct admission at FLAME University for an MBA may not be possible. The university has a multi-stage admission process. Candidates must first ensure that they are eligible for MBA admission at the university. Eligible candidates are shortlisted based on their performance in one of the accepted entrance exams (CAT/ XAT/ CMAT/ NMAT/ MAT/ GMAT/ MAH CET/ PG FEAT). Other selection rounds include essays, personal interviews, past academic records, statement of purpose (SOP), extra-curricular activities, achievements and personality profiling.

Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC) releases the NMAT scores immediately after the exam has been submitted. However, the scorecard is not downloadable immediately after the submission of responses. Candidates can download the NMAT scorecard within 48 hours of the test date. The scorecard can be downloaded and kept for future references while applying at different participating institutes. GMAC will share best of three exam scores within the NMAT participating institutes selected by the candidate while applying for the exam.

XAT 2026 registration process began from July 10, 2025. Official announcement of commencement of XAT registration process 2026 has been made by XLRI at its website. Interested candidates have to register for XAT 2026 by creating a login ID at xatonline.in website. The XAT application fee will be INR 2200. Candidates will have to pay the fee to submit the XAT application form.

FEAT dates for admission to BBA, BSc and BA courses offered by FLAME University are released online in the month of October. Candidates interested in applying to the University can fill the application form for FEAT under the early decision online cycle first followed by subsequent admission rounds. After the exam is over, FLAME University conducts Essay Writing followed by a Personal Interview on the same day of the exam. Based on the FEAT exam schedule from previous sessions, the admission process is expected to start in December and will end by the last week of May. 

FLAME University MBA cut off is based on the CAT/ XAT/ CMAT/ NMAT/ MAT/ GMAT/ MAH CET/ PG FEAT scores or percentiles. The cut off may may depneds on factors like the availability of seats, number of applicants, difficulty of the exam, reservation category of candidates, etc.

FEAT result for each cycle will be announced 10-15 days after the exam. The candidates can check their results on the official website by using their login ID.

The fee for various course - MBA, BBA and BDes ranges between INR 90,000 - INR 31.8 lakh. 

While applying for MBA admission at FLAME, cadidates must keep the scanned and attested copies of the required documents as specified by the university. • Scanned attested copy of Class 12 or equivalent mark sheet and certificate
• Scanned attested copy of graduation or equivalent mark sheet and certificate (transcripts issued by the respective higher education institution)
• Scanned attested copy of post-graduation or equivalent mark sheet and certificate
• Recent passport-size photograph (JPG or PNG format; file size less than 5 MB)
• Statement of Purpose
• Scanned attested copies of any other educational qualification mark sheet
• Scanned attested copy of CAT/ XAT/ CMAT/ NMAT/ MAT/ GMAT/ MAH CET scorecard
• Scanned attested copy of certificates/ testimonials of co-curricular or extra-curricular achievements (optional)

The eligibility criteria to apply for Special Scholarships through application is mentioned below:

• FLAME Sports Scholarships for national/international/state level award winners provided the applicant has participated or is a rank holder under School Games Federation of India (SGFI) or various other criteria
• State level, national level, board level or rank holder in academics
• National/State level achievers in fields and other than academics or sports
