It is a good college in which everyone can do many extracurricular activities also with studies.
Placements: Placements are very low, and only a few students get a job and one student gets a job as a teacher after a B.Ed degree. Faculty members are good but no companies are invited by the department. The Zoology department is the best with an average CGPA of 8.8. Students regularly attend the university.
Infrastructure: The hostel is good in which one room contains 4 students. The mess quality is best and the dining hall contains a fully furnished table and chairs. It has a good environment. It has a good hostel facility and environment to study.
Faculty: Faculty members and the environment of study benefit me. They teach me a lot of things. Exams are conducted in a disciplined and organised way. In Zoology, the average CGPA is 8.8 due to teachers.
Other: The university location is in the center of the town, which gives an advantage. All things are easily available near the campus. In the hostel, many sports and cultural activities are conducted regularly. The annual function of the hostel is also celebrated in which the general secretary reads the annual achievements of students in the hostel.

It provides good placements and faculty members. The study is good.
Placements: Approximately 50% of students got placed in the B.Com course. The highest salary is Rs. 12,000 per month. The top recruiting companies for our course are Vedanta, Shyam Metallics, and HDFC Bank. 75% of students got internships from our course in Shyam Metallics and HDFC Bank. The top role offered in the course is a sales representative.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure available in our college are very nice. There is Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, a library, a water cooler, and a canteen. The quality of food in the hostel is quite nice. The medical facility is quite good and always available. The college supports sports and games.
Faculty: Teachers were very helpful and knowledgeable. The teaching quality was good. The course curriculum was relevant. It makes students industry-ready. Semester exams in college were moderate to tough. The passing percentage was 33% out of 100%.

Dissatisfied with the faculty, course, and infrastructure.
Placements: Very less students are placed, almost 1 or 2 every year. There are very less companies coming, so the students are placed with the lowest package. I have heard of Infosys and Accenture. The internship depends on the students where they want to appear. I have done my internship from Hindalco Industry Limited. I am also not aware of this.
Infrastructure: There is a Wi-Fi connection with good speed, and a well-structured lab. Classrooms are not that good. A common student library is there for every branch's students. There is no hostel for B.Sc. IST students. Recently, a canteen has been opened with good food. Sports and games facilities are there.
Faculty: The teachers are qualified and knowledgeable but not enough experienced. The quality of teaching is average. The semester exams are moderate, and the passing percentage of the semester is 35%. Students have to refer to YouTube or other resources for their exam.
Other: I chose this course because of a senior who was a pass-out student of this course. The faculty can be better with better teachers. Seminars are conducted in the name of events. I have attended only one fest. There is no scholarship for this course. Extracurricular activities like Kho-Kho, Kabaddi, football, and cricket happen. Annual sports events occur.

Really good infrastructure.
Placements: Very few good companies visit to provide campus placements to students in third year pursuing bachelor of commerce. This year good companies like Infosys, Bank of Baroda, and Hindalco Limited visited the campus with few posts. The salary upto 1 LPA to 2 LPA. Other companies are not so good or recognised companies.
Infrastructure: There are regular classes in commerce department. Infrastructure of the campus and department is too good compared to the other universities. University conducts many sports competitions and curricular activities. The campus is quite beautiful, clean, and tidy. Hostels are also in good condition.
Faculty: Teachers are quite knowledgeable, qualified, and helpful. Teaching quality is quite good but some of the new professors are required to handle the whole department. The course, B.Com is relevant for students interested in commerce subjects and studies, it makes the students industry-ready. Faculty members of the commerce department are good, but it still requires more good professors.
Other: I chose this course because I have always fantasized about the commerce industry and its subjects. The Odisha Government provides scholarships to students pursuing bachelor's degrees. The university conducts annual fest every year, farewell, freshers, sports competitions, and extracurricular activities too.

Review of Gangadhar Meher University.
Placements: Placements are offered not very highly. But it provides us with very knowledgeable information about our course. 50% of students got placed in top companies. Top roles offered here are CA, CS, and other famous and well-known roles. The package is 12 LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is developed and maintained. Overall, ratings for this can be given as nice and clean. It is well-maintained and updated. It is easy to get along with as it provides a huge map of the campus at the entrance. It has an auditorium, a library, a canteen and everything needed.
Faculty: Exams are held accordingly, and timely. Examinations are not the main goal of our college. The main goal is to make them educated and experienced. Teachers often make sure to help us throughout our course curriculum. The difficulty level of exams is not so high.

Satisfied with the return on investment.
Placements: As you already know B.Com is not a higher salary degree, so you can expect an average salary package of 2 LPA - 3 LPA. Only 30-40% of students get placed. Most of the students choose to study further and many students change their college for post-graduation. Good and well-known companies come for recruitment.
Infrastructure: I am a day scholar, but as far as I have seen, the hostel is pretty average according to the fees. Our classrooms are also very well-equipped with air conditioners and smart boards. In the hostel, you will get 3 times food. Students can go anywhere on the campus till 9 PM. The campus is located in the prime town of the place.
Faculty: Faculty members at the college are highly qualified and very helpful. They help you every time. Our commerce department has a HOD. He is a very helpful and calm nature person. He also helps me in many situations. One thing is that students are also good.
Other: There are always functions and events going on in the college. Many students are not aware of those things.
