According to the AICTE Refund Policy, the refund of fees for MBA at GJUST is as follows:
100% refund if withdrawal is 15 days or more before the formally-notified last date of admission
90% refund if withdrawal is less than 15 days before the formally-notified last date of admission
80% refund if withdrawal is 15 days or less after the formally-notified last date of admission
50% refund if withdrawal is 30 days or less, but more than 15 days, after formally-notified last date of admission
0% refund if withdrawal is more than 30 days after formally-notified last date of admission
Note: A processing charge of up to 5% of the fees paid by the student, subject to a maximum of Rs. 5000, will be deducted from the refundable amount.

The college is very strict when it comes to the eligibility requirements of Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) at GJUST. The candidate must have passed the Higher Secondary (10+2) or equivalent examination recognised by any Indian University or a duly constituted Board and passed in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology and English. Additionally, admission to the Bachelor of Physiotherapy course shall be made on the basis of eligibility and an entrance test to be conducted for the purpose. No candidate will be admitted on any ground unless he/she has appeared in the admission test and interview.
