Absolutely satisfied with university.
Placements: Placements are very good. University provides high LPA packages. Companies from all over India come to our campus. There is a placement cell in university. The placement cell provides full information about which companies come and helps with the completion of our CVs. University is very good.

Students can use the smart boards for studying after completing classes. Hostel rooms are neat and clean. There is a very large parking space. The food quality is good.

Disappointing experience at GJU Hisar in M.A. in Sanskrit. Placement & academic should be improved.
Placements: As for an M.A. in Sanskrit, the placement experience is so disappointing. After completing course, direct placement opportunities feel very limited and the focus of campus placement is mainly on technical or professional courses. Overall as of an M.A. in Sanskrit student, it is better to keep our expectations low.
Infrastructure: The campus of the university is so huge, but from an M.A. in Sanskrit student's point of view, facilities don't feel impressive. Academic facilities of the departments don't have the comfort that postgraduate students expect. Classrooms and the study environment can be improved. Mess food quality is dull to average. The food quality and variety can improve. My experience at GJU Hisar (M.A. in Sanskrit) is disappointing.
Faculty: Some classes can be interesting, but overall teaching quality doesn't feel consistent. Students' doubts should be solved, and individual academic guidance should be given better. There is also semester exam pressure, and students have to put in a lot of effort. I didn’t feel as satisfied as I had expected to be.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in it. The course can be improved by increasing career-oriented and modern topics.

A short review of GJU Hisar University.
Placements: Placements are quite low here, but if you have good academics and communication skills, then you can clear the interviews and get placed. Every year, the placements are increasing as there are many old batches placed in various MNCs and Indian companies.
Infrastructure: Labs and workshops of our college are well-equipped and updated with the latest technology. The entire campus has high-speed Wi-Fi connection. Our library has a good collection of books and magazines with a well air-conditioned study room which is open 24/7 throughout the year.
Faculty: Faculty members are highly qualified and experienced. There are no no restrictions for students except the attendance policy as long as they follow the rules and regulations of the university.
Other: I chose this college because it is awesome with soothing environment. I have heard about it from a lot of my friends, including neighbours, and it is worth it. Just one thing should be improved, which is security. Huge events or fests don't even happen, it can be improved too. University has one of the largest auditoriums in India, which is used to host cultural events and webinars.

GJU Hisar M.A. in Sanskrit is definitely the best spot (honest review).
Placements: Getting a job directly from here after the M.A. course was not easy. Only 10 to 15% of students got a job. The highest salary package was 3.2 LPA. The lowest was 1.7 LPA. Most students got around 2.1 LPA. The companies that came mostly offered customer care or phone-calling jobs. We had to find internships on our own, as university did not provide any help. If you wanted a good career, you had to start preparing for teaching or government exams from the beginning.
Infrastructure: Our class building was very quiet. The Wi-Fi speed dropped sometimes. However, the AC library was the best place to study, and you could easily find all the books there. The hostel was cleaned properly. The mess food was just okay, but the canteen snacks were awesome. There was a huge ground for sports and a small clinic inside if someone fell sick.
Faculty: Our teachers were very knowledgeable and cleared all our doubts. Semester exams looked very easy if you gave them your full effort. If you attended classes regularly, you could easily get good marks with proper effort. Almost everyone passed, so there was not much fear of failing.
Other: I took admission here because I always liked learning old shlokas and languages. The whole campus was full of plants and trees, so it felt very nice. You could easily get an auto just outside the gate. Big fests or DJ parties did not happen often here. Students who filled out the form also got a government scholarship.

GJU Hisar College- My honest opinion is that you should definitely check it out.
Placements: Getting a job from college after studying Sanskrit was really hard. Only 10 or 15 students got selected. The highest salary was around 2.8 LPA. The lowest was 1.2 LPA. All the other students got around 1.6 LPA. The companies that came only offered phone-calling jobs. The college did not help with internships at all. So everyone had to find them outside on their own. If you wanted a good job, you had to start preparing for government exams from then on.
Infrastructure: The whole college was very big, and studying in class was enjoyable. The Wi-Fi worked on and off. The AC library was a really nice place to study and had many books. The hostel rooms were cleaned every day. The mess food was just okay, but the canteen food was quite tasty. There was a very big ground to play on, and a small clinic was also available inside.
Faculty: All teachers were really smart and helped us a lot. However, their teaching methods were a little old. Passing the exams was not hard at all. If students made notes in class, they could easily get good marks. Almost everyone passed exams easily.
Other: I love reading old books so I decided to pursue an M.A. in Sanskrit. There were a lot of trees so the air stayed clean inside the college. Students could easily get an auto or bus right outside the gate. Big fests did not happen here, but small functions kept taking place. We also got a government scholarship for our studies.

My honest feedback on GJU Hisar M.A. Sanskrit 2023.
Placements: The chances of getting a campus job for Sanskrit students were very low. Only 10 or 12 students were selected. The majority of students received about 1.5 LPA, with the highest salary package being 2–3 LPA and the lowest being 1 LPA. Small businesses arrived for simple jobs only. The college did not provide us with any connections, so we had to look for internships on our own.
Infrastructure: The rooms in the department were large and peaceful. The Wi-Fi was slow and disconnected sometimes, but the AC library was excellent, and it was easy to find books. The hostel rooms were maintained fairly clean. The food served was okay, but the canteen had great tea and samosas. There was a fairly big field for sports. A small hospital was right on the campus.
Faculty: Professors were incredibly experienced and answered all of our questions clearly. The teaching style was old, but it was not useful for private jobs. The semester exams were not hard at all. If students paid attention in class, they could pass easily. Almost every student passed with good grades.
Other: I took admission here because I liked reading old languages and old books. The syllabus needed to be updated a little to match the present time. The campus was very green. It was easy to get transport to travel to and from the city. Big college fests were rare, but small events kept happening. Students also got scholarships from the Haryana government.
