Placements: Placements are not so openly available in this university, as there is a minimal placement rate and no attractive salary is provided. The average salary in this university is only 2 LPA - 4 LPA, and there is only 2-3 percent placement rate. If a student is looking for smart and strong placement through this university, they should look to build their strength with multiple skills and continuously work on their skills.

Infrastructure: It offers some accommodation in its hostels and PGs. Hostels are very familiar and feel like home. Food and services provided by the institute are amazing, as we can expect from such an institute.

Review of Imperial College, Hisar.

Placements: There were no placements, and the placement percentage was zero, so I had nothing to say. I did not know what to write in the review because no placements were provided. I was in the B.A. course, so I could only talk about my course. I did not know about the other courses, so that's all from my side.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure was average, nothing out of the ordinary. There was Wi-Fi, but students did not get the password. There was a library, but I never got to see it. There were no medical facilities. The mess deserved a zero rating. There was a canteen, but it was more like it was not a proper canteen, just a few benches. The benches were not very comfortable. Classrooms had no AC, only fans, so you could feel the heat during summer, but the ventilation was good. However, the ventilation also became a problem during exams in winter.

Faculty: Faculty was also average, like in any normal college. Teachers were normal and could be helpful depending on the relationship you had with them.

Other: Events were held, but the crowd was not interested. Teachers seemed to enjoy them more than students. If you did not attend college, they asked for money to cover attendance, and there was no debar.

Satisfactory experience, especially because of good faculty members.

Placements: I studied B.Sc. (Medical with Biotechnology) from Dayanand College, affiliated with Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technology, Hisar (Batch 2020–2023). There were no placements provided by this college for this course. Students had to apply themselves after completing the degree.

Infrastructure: Botany, Zoology, and Biotechnology labs were fully equipped with all the necessary facilities, but classrooms were average. There was no Wi-Fi or AC rooms available on the campus. I did not stay in the hostel premises, so I did not know much about it.

Faculty: Teachers were helpful, friendly, and fully qualified in their respective subjects. The coursework and practicals taught were relevant. But they did not provide industrial experience to students. Semester exams were not very difficult. They could be easily passed based on what was taught in class.

Other: The college provided many opportunities to participate in extracurricular activities like singing, dancing, sketching, rangoli-making competitions, etc.

Brutal review of the institution of GJU.

Placements: They barely hire anyone. There are thousands of students in one department, but only about 10 of them get placed. This makes the placement opportunities very limited. The college claims to have good industry connections, but they do not provide proper guidance for internships. Students have to find internships on their own. Although there is a placement cell, it seems to exist only in name.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is satisfactory. Medical facilities are available for students. There is a sports team and a dedicated staff for sports. Tournaments are organized every year. But students need to stay informed to grab the opportunities, as announcements are limited.

Faculty: Faculty for my course is outdated. They claim to focus on practical learning, but they do not. The books, syllabus, and curriculum are based on outdated concepts. In my opinion, they do not teach the modern software that the industry demands. The course curriculum is outdated and not relevant to current industry standards. Teachers are good

Other: I chose this course because I am interested in it and enjoy creative work. The college should restructure its teaching methods and update the curriculum. It should also focus more on digital media and modern software. They are essential in today's industry.

College is very good, and I recommend everyone to take admission to this college.

Placements: Most students who took regular classes and studied well were placed. The lowest package was 4 LPA, and the highest package was 13 LPA. After the 2nd year, our college gives internships through an interview to students. My college is versatile. It has many courses.

Infrastructure: Our classrooms have AC and smart boards, which help us a lot to study. We also have Wi-Fi in the hostel, classroom and campus area. Our hostel is a good hostel with average food and shared bathrooms. Our hostel also has a sports playground outside the hostel.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful towards students and help every student to achieve their maximum capacity and do well in exams, internal tests, etc. The course curriculum is relevant. It makes students industry-ready. 1st and 2nd semester are easy, but then the hard course starts.

Other: I chose it because it is a great college and I wanted to do a B.Tech.

Life of a state government engineering college student.

Placements: Now the placement scenario is too low. Before 2022, placement was quite good. Now, on-campus placement is almost 10-20% of each branch. Most of the students grab off-campus placements. Still, good students passed out from this college to big companies like Google (ECE student from the 2022 batch), Mahindra, Maruti Suzuki, etc., and also in the government sector. The highest on-campus placement is 10 LPA in branches like CSE, CIVIL, and 6 LPA in core branches like ME, EE, ECE, etc. Almost a maximum of 70-80% got placed on or off-campus.

Infrastructure: We have one academic building and a mechanical workshop, a full Wi-Fi campus with well-structured labs and equipment. Some classrooms have smart boards, and the library system has more than 20,000 books. We have separate boys' and girls' hostels with 600 rooms. Wi-Fi is available on every floor. Mess food is good according to the mess charges (around 90/- per day).

Faculty: We have great teachers who really want to teach us with dedication. We have 7 faculty in the Mechanical department, 10 in CSE, 6 in CIVIL, and 8 in the Electrical department. This course curriculum is according to other universities. It is moderate to pass the exam. If you concentrate in class, you will easily pass the exam by studying for 1-3 weeks.

Other: I chose mechanical engineering because I'm interested in building engines, etc. I want to become a designer. I think the curriculum should be changed. Every year, freshers' and farewell events are organised. Technical and non-technical fests are also organised. There is a separate scholarship branch for students to apply to, and almost everyone got a scholarship.
