The university offers more than 20 courses including four PhD courses under three schools, i.e., School of Technology, Science and Management. GSFC University admission is based on merit or test conducted by the university for all UG and PG courses. GSFC University accepts national- level entrance exams such as CAT/MAT/XAT for admission to MBA course. Furthermore, the institute has introduced Choice Based Credit System (CBCS). Yes, candidates can get direct admission to various courses based on their eligibility. Direct admission is offered on first-come-first-serve basis. Below is the criteria to get direct admission:
- Candidates who have passed BE/ BTech/ BSc with at least 55% aggregate to get direct admission in MSc programme.
- Aspirants need to pass HSc with at least 50% aggregate to apply for BBA programme.
- Candidates who have completed HSC with at least 45% aggregate to apply for BSc course.
GSFC University admissions begin with registration. Below are the step-wise admission process:
- Application- The admission process starts with filling GSFC University application form. Interested candidates can visit the official website of GSFC University to apply for the course of their choice along with making the fee payment of INR 350 for BTech and INR 500 for BSc, MSc, BBA and BCA course.
- Selection Process- For BSc, MSc, BBA and BCA course candidates need to clear ACT and fulfilment of the latest eligibility, i.e., class 12. However, for BTech programme, student need to clear JEE (Main)/GUJCE.
- Admission Confirmation- After completion of the selection rounds, the shortlisted candidates are called for verification of the documents. Aspirants need to pay course fee to confirm their seat in the university.

Commonly asked questions On B.Com Fees
Students seeking cancellation of admission are eligible for refund of academic fee. In case of any admission cancelled before the commencement of classes, students will be refunded fees after deducting INR 1000 towards administrative cost. Any admission cancelled after the commencement of classes shall not be entitled for refund of fees. Fees will be refunded in case the University has exercised the waiting list to fill the particular seat. The decision of the
management of the GSFC University shall be final in all cases of fee refund.
MBA at GSFC University is a two-year programme. To get admission for the MBA course, the students need to pass CMAT/CAT/MAT/XAT to get admission to MBA course. Under state quota, admission is offered through ACPC. Students who have not appeared in any of the above-stated entrance exams must not appear in any of the above-stated entrance exams to appear in GSFC University Management Aptitude Test (UMAT-GSFCU) and secure a minimum of 50 % marks. Candidates need to complete bachelor's degree with at least 50% aggregate to apply for MBA programme.
