There is no B.Com (Pass). GGSIPU only offers B.Com (Hons) with 146 as the course code.

It does not have good market value. If you have a strong will and perform exceptionally well in college only then you should take admission in IPU.

The eligibility is present, where as there are more colleges in DU which you can try on, else ideally you can do it for most college in Bangalore VTU.
They have good placement and a good distribution of students from across India.
