The total tuition fee for Himachal Pradesh University BA ranges between INR 1,800 and INR 78,000. This information is sourced from official website/ sanctioning body and is subject to change. The BA fee includes admission fee, annual charges, monthly charges, migration fee, registration fee, etc. Once the candidates are shortlisted, they need to pay a programme fee to confirm their seat in the university. Apart from the tuition fee, aspirants also need to pay an application fee of INR 100 for BA programme.

Yes, Himachal Pradesh University offers BA programme in distance education mode through International Centre for Distance Education and Open Learning. Candidates need to complete Class 12 conducted by HP Board (or in case of Shastri, pass in Prak Shastri from Sanskrit Colleges affiliated to HPU) or an examination accepted as equivalent thereto by the various bodies of the HP University to apply for BA in distance education mode.

The HPU AYUSH Cutoff 2025 has been published for admission to the BAMS course at various affialted colleges for all round and categories. The cutoff was published in the form of opening and closing ranks for the All India category quota. The cutoff ranged from 48048 to 53652 in the first and last round for the General AI category candidates. 25% seats for the admission shall be open for all candidates while 75% will be filled out of the candidates, who have passed their qualifying exam from HP University or HP Krishi Vishwavidayalaya Palampur or Central Y S Parmar University of Horticulture and Forestry, HP Technical University and Central University of Himachal Pradesh or the candidates who are Himachal domicile irrespective of passing qualifying examination from any other University. 

HPU BCom admission is merit-based for the year 2024. Candidates are first required to fill out the application form and then wait for the merit list. Find below the HPU BCom admission process:

STEP 1: Application Process

As per the Department of Evening Studies prospectus, candidates are required to submit the application form offline. Candidates are required to visit the official website of HPU, download the prospectus, fill out the form and, submit the form, along with the necessary documents and, application fee to the admission committee.

STEP 2: Selection Criteria

The university releases the merit list on the official website of the university. The merit list is prepared based on the marks obtained by candidates in the qualifying exams.

STEP 3: Admission and Fees Deposit

Candidates whose names appear on the merit list and required to confirm their admission by paying the HPU BCom course fees.

The HPU University NEET PG Cutoff 2025 has been released for admission to MD and MS courses for all categories under the All India quota till Round 2. For the General AI category candidates, the cutoff in Round 2 ranged from 205 to 97725, wherein MD in General Medicine was the most-sought after course and MD in Physiology, the least.

Yes, UIT under Himachal Pradesh University offers full-tuition fee waiver to six candidates (3 to students with annual income less than INR 2.5 Lacs per annum, 2 to meritorious girls and 1 to Physically Challenged) in each Engineering branch as per AICTE norms. Further, all the physically challenged candidates are exempted from all kinds of fee whatsoever (except refundable security deposit).

HPU Shimla offers admission to various UG courses based on HP NEET followed by the round-wise counselling. The BUMS, BAMS and BHMS are the some courses which are offered by HPU through AYUSH. Further, as per HPU cutoff 2024, the BAMS was the only course available for the candidates seeking admission to HPU Shimla. The HPU MAT exam is an entrance exam conducted by the Himachal Pradesh University (HPU). This exam is conducted at university level for admission to MBA courses at HPU School of Business.

1. The HPU MAT is a computer-based test of two hours' duration with 200 questions. The HPU MAT exam is conducted once in a year.
2. The syllabus of the HPU MAT is similar to most management entrance test syllabuses, which include topics such as verbal ability, reading comprehension, quantitative ability, data adequacy, and data interpretation.
3. The exam application fee is INR 1000, and the language of the exam is English .

After HP NEET PG result get announce, candidates can check the Seat allotment status from the DMER, Shimla at amruhp.ac.in. Candidates are advised to download their HP NEET PG MD/MS seat allotment letter which needs to be presented at the time of reporting to the allotted college. Seats are allotted to the candidates based on rank, scored marks, and the choices of their preferences. Candidates eligible to make preference must fill their preference to avoid last-moment rush.
