It is the best choice for fashion design after NIFT, NID, and UCEED.

Placements: I have not experienced placements yet. The college provides comparatively less placement opportunities. But once you complete the course, you can work as a designer, stylist, or you can also do freelancing. In this field, you can get a job on your own.

Infrastructure: I have not stayed in the hostel. But from what I heard about the college, it is not a great choice. There are many affordable apartments and PGs to stay nearby university.

Faculty: The professors are very helpful. They have industry experience as well. Some are still working in the design industry. So, it is definitely helpful. The internal exams are also conducted. Practical exams, viva and assignments are also conducted. The course is really good if you want to pursue fashion design. The course is 50% practical. You will be taken on industrial visits once a semester.

Other: We have industrial visits and trips once or twice a semester. There are fests and events every once in a while. So, students are engaged with talent activities, sports, etc.

The college management is poor. There will be no proper response. Placement is also not good.

Placements: In our college, other departments have some good placements. For our course, they will bring companies for placement, and we look forward to seeing them. For other departments, they have a list of what companies came and who got placed. For our department, we don’t know which companies are coming or who got placed for what package. We don’t get any information.

Infrastructure: The college environment is good, and our department labs are good. Wi-Fi is also good in the labs. The library and classrooms are good. Our department has only one lab, and it is good. Our class is good only if we have any problems regarding the classroom. They will not resolve them immediately. We have to report many times.

Faculty: It basically depends on the faculty. Some faculty are good at teaching. In classes attended, we don’t get knowledge from the subject because the faculty doesn’t teach well. Some faculty really don’t teach anything. We don’t understand anything. It feels like we are attending classes just for attendance.

Other: Events are not good. In my first year, they didn’t organize many events. Now, they are organizing some, but they are not that good. College management is also not that good. There will be no proper response.
