No, Hindustan University offers admission to all of its courses based on a valid score in the respective entrance exams. For the majority of UG courses from the streams of Science, Commerce, Humanities, Management and Law, the university conducts an in-house entrance exam, i.e., HITSCAT. For BTech course, students can apply via HISEEE, which is also an in-house entrance exam of Hindustan University. Yes, Hindustan University conducts two entrance exams at the university level, i.e., HITSEEE and HITSCAT for all the UG and PG courses. The HITSEEE exam is popularly conducted for BTech admission and it is conducted in two phases. The HITSCAT exam is mandatory for the rest of the UG and PG courses. For PhD admission, the university accepts admission through UGC NET/ GATE valid score.
