STEP 1: Online Application

The process of IUST Awantipora admission starts with the registration and application process. The university accepts BA applications only in online mode. The online application process is conducted on the university's admission portal at www.admission.iust.ac.in. The steps included in the IUST BA application process are as follows:

Step 1.1: Visit the official website of the university.

Step 1.2: Click on 'Admissions' displayed on the home page.

Step 1.3: Register as a new user and fill out the application form.

Step 1.4: Upload the required documents.

Step 1.5: Pay the application fee of INR 500 and submit the form.

STEP 2: Selection Process

Islamic University of Science & Technology BA admission is entrance-based. The university shortlists prospective candidates based on the scores obtained in CUET UG. Applicants who do not have a valid CUET UG score can still apply for admission against vacant seats (if any). However, preference is given to candidates with the following valid scores:

• BA in English: CUET UG English Subject score
• BA in Islamic Studies: CUET UG General Test score
• BA in Journalism & Mass Communication: CUET UG (Mass Media/ Mass Communication) score OR CUET UG General Test score (in order of preference)
• BA in Arabic Language & Literature: CUET UG Arabic Subject score

STEP 3: Fee Payment

Candidates shortlisted based on the aforementioned selection criteria must confirm their admission by submitting the first instalment of the total BA fee at IUST Awantipora. Besides, candidates must also submit an admission fee of INR 2,200 and a security deposit of INR 2,000 at admission.
