Peaceful campus and good teaching, but limited agriculture-specific opportunities.
Placements: 70% students are placed from my course. 45 LPA is the highest package, and 6 LPA is the average. Visa Steel, FedEx recruit. 40-50% students get internships. Quality testing, entry-level argo jobs, and agriculture-related roles are offered. Many students say agriculture-specific placements are limited.
Infrastructure: Labs are well-equipped, and classrooms are very decent, and Wi-Fi is available 24/7. In the hostel, beds and rooms are very good. Food is good compared to others. The hostel is on campus with security and basic amenities. The college conducts sports every week.
Faculty: Faculty are highly experienced, and teaching is very good. Semesters are not that tough, 75% percent pass. The Curriculum is relevant and well-structured. The semester exams are moderate. Faculty are very supportive and good at delivering practical and theoretical knowledge.
Other: I chose this course because it has a good career in farming science and research. This course is practical-oriented, and the lab facilities are well-equipped. The university conducts all types of cultural activities.

ITM University Gwalior: Celebrating dreams.
Placements: Placement rate till my year was awesome and great on average 2.5 LPA and the highest of 4.5 LPA packages offered in the agriculture branch. Many top companies took part in the drive like Agri Star, Hi-care, and many more also there is a cell, especially for placement coordination.
Infrastructure: I'm a day scholar but I have seen the hostel facilities and both boy's and girls' hostels are on the campus and are very safe plus the mess is within walking distance. Hostels are very well protected and safe. The hygiene is well-maintained and the rooms are spacious and well furnished with basic needs of students.
Faculty: The teachers are very supportive and cheering. They are present at every stage to support you and clear your doubts. In agriculture, it's very important to attend an equal number of classes on and off the field. ITM University Gwalior has filled CRCs to give the best experience in the field and labs for better education.
Other: I was always interested in the field of agriculture as I didn't have enough time to prepare for government exams. I wanted an alternative for better education I found ITM very suitable as it's ICAR accredited.

Satisfied with the infrastructure, faculty, and the MD.
Placements: The top roles offered were quality testing and HR roles in the agriculture department, with an average package of 6 LPA. Companies like Country Delight, Cognizant, and Rentokil came and offered good packages. Overall, good companies came and offered good packages to bachelor's degree freshers, and the offers were truly based on potential.
Infrastructure: Girls hostel was good, neat, and clean. The only thing was that the housekeeping staff did not clean inside the rooms due to security reasons. The guards were also good. The new hostel was better than the old one, but there were fewer rooms, so you need to book early.
Faculty: The faculty members were friendly and helped you whenever needed. The MD of the college was good, as he listened to all your problems and tried to solve them as quickly as possible. You could reach out to him at any time. The semester exams were not so difficult, as the faculty members guided very well.
Other: Overall, it was a good college with studies being above average, but you had a very good campus life with less pressure.

I did not have a good experience. I am disappointed with it.
Placements: So after spending a year preparing for AIPMT, I choose ITM University, Gwalior, and B.Sc. Biotechnology course, which is the biggest mistake of my life. After 1st year, I understood one thing the college is a real disaster in everything. There are low placements and no future. If we want to waste our time we can select ITM University, Gwalior.
Infrastructure: Now, I do not know what has changed but in my college time facilities are like nothing. Our class is on the top floor and in summer there are no coolers and fans do not work properly. There is no Wi-Fi at that time. The library is good.
Faculty: Some faculty members are good and others are just okay. They are quite knowledgeable, but the teaching quality is on the middle line. I don't think the course offered makes the students ready for the industries. Semester exams are easy and we can easily pass them.

Expanding experiences. College life will be a roller coaster life for students. Live it once.
Placements: In our field, we do not have any placements. Because we need to find a desired school for our teaching based on the interview which we will qualify for the school. We don't need placements because we have to choose the schools according to our desires and needs.
Infrastructure: We have all the infrastructure and facilities like labs and library. But the classrooms lack lighting. There should be more light in the class. Wi-Fi is working but some places have less connectivity. We have all the good hostel facilities. But only the mess food varies from good to little good. We have good medical facilities as the ITM itself has its own hospital. To an extent little of the things are free.
Faculty: Teachers in our department are so helpful, except one or two. The rest of the teachers serve as our guardians. They help us in every way possible. From guiding us in our subjects to guiding us on any problem we take to them. Our HOD sir is the best we could ever have. From being patient to being a good conflict resolutioner, if any taking place.

It has good infrastructure and happening events.
Placements: About 70% of students got placements in the year 2024. Many companies like Infosys, Adani, etc., visit our college to conduct placements. The highest salary package offered ranges from 5-6 LPA in our course. Roles like HR, consultant, and assistant are offered in our course.
Infrastructure: Our college provides clean and developed laboratories, machinery, and all the equipment required for research. We have air-conditioned libraries, Wi-Fi, clean classrooms, Labs, etc. Hostels are available for both boys and girls. Medical facilities are available all the time. We get healthy food in the mess. We also have a very vast sports department with all the varieties of sports.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified with PhD degrees. They are very knowledgeable and dignified in their jobs, and help students with their queries. They used to take students for industrial visits every semester for extra knowledge. Semester exams are held in a strict manner and are of medium difficulty level for the students so that they can gain correct knowledge of their courses. The pass percentage is above 45%.
Other: I chose this course because biotechnology is evolving as a particular field in science. Nowadays, there is a lot to learn and gain. One thing we need to improve is giving more value to performing the task than reading it as a theory. Our college organises many events throughout the year and annual functions where we describe the various culture of India in an art form. It conducts Unifest which is of 3 days involving the art day, fun fair day, and DJ night. Our college also focuses on arts and music.
