JLU Bhopal BTech Courses & Fees 2026: Eligibility, Accepted Exam, Scholarship, How to Apply

JLU Bhopal BTech course admissions are conducted in two phases. In the first phase, students are required to apply and appear for the in-house entrance test, i.e., Jagran LakeCity University Entrance Test. It is a centralised admission cum scholarship test. This exam is conducted in six different rounds. Once the exam is held and the results are announced, the university begins the second phase.

1. JLU Bhopal BTech Application Process 2026

The application process for BTech courses is conducted online. Students can follow the below steps to apply successfully:

1. Scan, upload, and email required documents to (admission@jlu.edu.in)
2. Visit the online admission portal at https://apply.jlu.edu.in/.
3. Register by providing the required documents.
4. Login with credentials received in the email and fill out the application form.
5. Fill out the application form and pay the fees. The JLU Bhopal BTech application fee 2026 is INR 1,100.
6. Click on the submit button.

Required Documents:

• Certified copies of all mark sheets from class 10 onwards till the last completed semester/year.
• Authentic copy of the semester- or year-wise detailed course structure, scheme of teaching, and evaluation of the course of study pursued by the parent university/institution
• No Objection Certificate from the parent university/institution

2. JLUET 2026

Once the application portal is closed, the university conducts the JLUET exam. This entrance cum scholarship test has four sections, namely logical reasoning, general awareness, grammar, and quantitative aptitude.

3. Interview Process

Those who qualify the JLUET exam are invited for the interview round. The panel of interviewers evaluates students based on essential skills such as problem solving, critical thinking, knowledge of relevant fields, etc.

4. Admission Confirmation

Those who are allocated a seat via admission counselling must get their documents verified and pay the fees as prescribed by the institute. As per the fee structure, the total tuition fee for BTech courses ranges from INR 3L to INR 6L.

These scholarships are awarded to students who have shown excellence in the sports field. The university operates a “JLU Elite Athlete Program," which supports student-athletes to balance their academic and sporting commitments.

Chancellor Freeships

Under this scheme, meritorious students are awarded scholarships, irrespective of their personal financial circumstances. Every year, 15 such students are given these freeships.
