MANIT or NIT Bhopal B.Tech is a four-year, full-time course. The course is offered through the Department of Engineering across several specialisations. In addition, the institute offers admission to a five-year dual-degree integrated course in specialisations such as B.Tech + M.Tech in Mathematics and Data Science, with a seat intake of 30.

To apply for MANIT Bhopal's four-year B.Tech program, students must apply through JEE Main. The process for applying to JEE Main 2026 consists of three steps: registration, form filling & document upload, followed by payment of the application fee. The candidate must pay the seat acceptance fee before continuing with the JoSAA process till the end to avail the seat in an IIT or NIT. General/Open category candidates are required to pay a fee of INR 35,000, whereas SC, Gen-PwD, ST, OBC-NCL-PwD, ST-PwD, and SC-PwD have to pay INR 17,500. The fees will be included in the semester fees once students confirm their admission.
