By comparing the students’ placement reports and their feedback from the previous years, it can be said that the Shaheed Bhagat Singh College of the University of Delhi offers better placement opportunities for the candidates interested in (Hons. ) than the B.A. courses. This is because (Hons. ) is a professional course, which caters for commerce, accounting and business students thus increasing its popularity among employers. Many reputed organizations like Deloitte, KPMG, EY and many other visit the campus for campus recruitment. However, placement too depends with the performance of individuals, caliber and the general state of the economy. Yes B.A. students can also get placed but the opportunity might be less when compared to (Hons. ).

The results of the Sri Guru Nanak Dev Khalsa College affiliated to the University of Delhi are quite good when it comes to Campus Placement. As mentioned by the college on there website place cell is continually placing the students in compelx organizations such as Deloitte, Ernst & Young, KPMG and ICICI Bank but the list is enormous. The college boast of a placement rate of between 70-80% for their students. However, the kinds of packages that come with it differ from course to course and company to company starting from Rs. 3 Lacs to Rs. 10 Lacs per annum. The college is renowned and offers a good placement as compared to other colleges of Delhi University, however, it may not be as good as few reputed colleges in Delhi University.
