KMC is totally a different experience. Once you enter, there is no point in looking back.
Placements: As it is a premier medical school of Telangana and South India. You get a hands-on experience and exposure during the learning and training period. Talking about the alumni. KMC has a vast network of alumni. Having an alumni network helps you in many ways. Be it guiding you for your USMLE journey or shadowing them for a better picture of the field. The list goes on.
Infrastructure: Hostels are well-maintained. New hostels are being constructed right now. In the future, you can expect a lot more rooms for the students, both UG and PG students, to reside in the hostels. KMC has one of the largest playgrounds in Telangana. Students have the facility to engage in indoor sports. A separate auditorium is constructed to serve this purpose.
Faculty: Most of the faculty here have decades of experience in teaching and treating rare diseases. Students here have separate mentors. These mentors are professors from various fields. If a student faces any kind of problem, they reach out to their mentors for any kind of help and they are ready to put in the effort.
Other: The students' body of KMC organises one of the beautiful fests in the college. Starting with Uthkarsha, Freshers, and Ganesh Mahotsav are conducted. The list goes on. Students also organise many academic fests and conferences like KRITI, which is believed to be the grandest Medfest in Telangana.

It is really dissatisfying because interns are not given much importance.
Placements: My batch consists of 250 students, out of which only 75 are hostellers. Most of the students are from nearby areas of Hyderabad. There were 18 failures in our immediate batch. There is almost a 100 percent pass rate among final-year students. Most students prepare for NEET PG instead of taking placements. There is a new library on the ground floor of our newly constructed building where post-interns prepare for NEET PG.
Infrastructure: The course is much better with digital classes and strict attendance. Dissection classes are conducted daily except on Saturday. Part completion tests are held often. The college provides a very good environment for study because of the presence of top students. The hostel infrastructure is much older. There are more than four students in a single room in the first year. Even in further years, there are no single rooms. Hostel food is also average. There is a small canteen in the cellar of the academic block. It has some fast food and other snacks. Sports are mostly encouraged, such as cricket, volleyball, basketball, and football, especially by seniors.
Faculty: Teachers are really very knowledgeable. They help a lot and encourage students to study. They teach the classes in a very interactive and jovial way. They are very strict about academics. Parent-teacher meetings are held to convey students' performance to parents.

Overall, it's a good college with minor defects, but with good academics and an increase of 85%.
Placements: 100 students were placed in our course. We don't have any college placements as it is a dental college. Actually, no dental college has it. No outside internships. Internships should be completed in our own college itself, that's mandatory. Top roles could be after the MS programme or can be directly shifted towards the non-clinical side, which may encourage higher positions in corporate sectors as managers.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure were quite good, not problematic. No Wi-Fi, but the labs are good. We have a well-maintained library and classrooms, too. Being closer to the medical college, we have all the medical facilities, and the remaining food is all average.
Faculty: Teaching quality is very good. They are definitely preparing you from the start of the course. The difficulty level is above average, and the pass percentage is around 75 to 80%. The course curriculum is top-notch and consistent. Students can be industry-prepared after their internship.
Other: I chose it because I wanted to be a doctor, and the best part is that you treat people. College could be more fun, and there is not too much pressure on attendance. Every year, the fest goes well. Scholarships are provided, but there is slight pressure from the college, as the government hasn't issued them yet. The campus surroundings are green and peaceful.

Osmania = Best clinical exposure, the name itself stands high, and best for students dreaming high.
Placements: The college provides good clinical exposure, where we can see in real every case from the textbook, and it is very helpful for our NEET PG preparation. Many students from our college have top scores in NEET PG and INI CET. It is the best college for making lives better if you start from the beginning also. The name itself stands high for offering courses.
Infrastructure: As it is one of the oldest hospitals in India, the hospital might not have very good infrastructure, but coming to the college, it is good. It is green everywhere, where we get interest to read and indulge in subjects and labs. Hostels and everything are fine, we can manage, and it is overall okay.
Faculty: The faculty are very experienced. They might have done hundreds of surgeries and talked to patients, and they are very friendly, supportive, and well qualified. Coming to exams, it is up to us, if we read from the beginning, it is easy, and if we read at the last moment, the stress is highest. Of course, as doctors the stress is high, but our college stands with different kinds of activities and learning approaches to provide us the best and relieve us from exam stress.
Other: I have a great interest in MBBS and becoming a doctor, and after coming to this college, it built even more interest. I think it is the best way to learn medicine. Regarding fests and undergraduate conferences, OSMECON and BEATS are our festivals, where all stresses are gone, and conferences help build our resume. Osmania provides the best to each student and a new phase of life.

Best ever college and worth it.
Placements: Nice placements and all worth it. Internship offers everything, and the stipend for UG level is based on the NEET exam. After the final year, having an internship in a hospital, each and every department is covered, including postings and internships.
Infrastructure: Good facility and everything over here. Good classes and facilities. Good mess and canteen available. Sports and all indoor and outdoor games. Quality of food in the mess and canteen is good, although. Available Wi-Fi is present in the campus premises.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and interactive at the same time. Teaching quality is very good, including PPT and other sources. Based on the subject and topics, the difficulty level depends upon. There will be pre-finals and practicals before final exams to make us confident and prepared.
