For B.Ed. course in the Directorate of Distance Education, admission shall be open to those candidates who have obtained Bachelor's Degree with not less than 45% marks (40% for Leh and Kargil only) at graduation level from the University of Kashmir or from any other University recognised as equivalent thereto by the University of Kashmir.Additionally, candidates belonging to reserved categories such as Economically Weaker Sections (EWS), Differently-abled, Persons from outside the Kashmir Division, Foreign Nationals/NRI/NRI Sponsored, and Children of Permanent Employees of the University of Kashmir are eligible for admission with relaxed eligibility criteria.
