KSOU MSW Eligibility & Highlights 2025
KSOU MSW is a postgraduate programme of two-year course duration. This two-year course is further divided into four semesters. Admission to MSW at KSOU is provided based on the last qualifying exam scores.

KSOU MSW Fees 2025
The total tuition fee for the MSW course is INR 34,300. KSOU fee structure is also inclusive of other components, such as security deposit, hostel fee, and more. Karnataka State Open University Mysore offers 420+ courses in UG, PG and PhD level on the basis of merit or entrance. The University offers courses such as BA, BCom, BSc, BBA, BEd and BCA in ODL mode. KSOU offers these courses through 29 departments with segregated streams such as Food and Nutrition, Biotechnology, Information Technology and many others.
KSOU Mysore offers approximately 420 courses in various specialisations to students at the undergraduate, postgraduate, and PhD levels. All these programmes are approved by the University Grants Commission (UGC). Some of the courses provided by the university include B.Tech, MSc, M.Tech, MA, B.Ed, BSc, MBA, MCA, BA, BBA, B.Com, B.Des, BHM, etc. Moreover, the entrance exams accepted for various courses include KCET, TNEA, CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, ATMA, SAT, etc.
KSOU offers courses on the basis of valid merit results. Candidates must apply for admission, online and qualify the minimum eligibility criteria. For admission to UG level courses, candidates must secure a minimum aggregate in Class 12 and for admission to PG level courses, candidates must secure a minimum aggregate in graduation.
Apart from this, depending on the course opted for, candidates must appear for the accepted entrance exam. After qualifying the selection criteria, candidates will be shortlisted. For final admission, candidates must pay the course fees for seat confirmation and complete the remaining process, as per the University guidelines.
