Karnataka State Open University also offers a two-year full-time MCom programme at the PG level. Admission to this course is merit-based. The University doesn't offer any lateral entry to this course, however, a transfer is permitted as per the rule. KSOU Mysore MCom Admission: Fee, Selection & Eligibility
KSOU Mysore MCom admission is a two-level process. At level one, candidates who have obtained a Bachelor’s degree of three years duration without studying cognate subjects need to appear for the Master’s Preparatory Program (MPP) examination conducted by the Karnataka State Open University. At level two, students who have passed three years of BCom/ BBM/ BBA degree examination of any recognised University or an examination of any University considered equivalent thereto for admission without any entrance test. Given below is the minimum eligibility criteria of the programme:

Eligibility: Graduation or any equivalent examination in the relevant stream from a recognised board

KSOU Mysore MCom Admission 2025: How to Apply?
The University accepts an online mode of the application process, candidates seeking admission can follow the given below steps for KSOU MCom admission:
Step 1: Candidates shall apply through the KSOU website: www.ksoumysuru.ac.in. and click on the admission portal.
Step 2: Candidate shall fill out the application and select the nearest Learner Support Centre and Regional Centre.
Step 3: Candidates shall upload the required self-attested scanned documents.
Step 4: Candidates shall pay the stipulated processing fee online.
Step 5: Candidate shall visit selected Regional Centres/ Head Quarters along with necessary original documents and one set of photocopies for verification.
Step 6: Candidate shall pay the stipulated fee after verification of documents.
Step 7: Candidate shall pay admission fees online except the processing fee.
Step 8: Candidates can collect roll numbers, study material and ID cards.
Documents Required at the Time of Application Process
- Marks cards of S.S.L.C
- Marks cards of P.U.C. or its equivalent
- Photocopy of the marks cards of Degree for Master’s program
- SC/ST caste certificate; (if applicable)
- BPL card in case of women candidates
- Income certificate; (if applicable)
- Aadhaar Card
- Two stamp-size and two passport-size photos are to be submitted at the time of verification
