The college is best in the animation and design field.

Placements: The placements of my college are quite average like most of the students get placed from my college, and it also depends on the skills you have. If you are talented, then the college will surely give its 101 percent for placements, and if you don't have the skills, then you will remain unplaced.

Infrastructure: There are no hostel facilities inside the college, but if you want to reside, there are facilities outside the institute. You can have hostel facilities outside of the campus, but there are no on-campus hostel facilities. The labs are well organised, and all labs contain AC facilities. Classrooms are also quite good.

Faculty: The faculty members of this college are excellent. They are very helpful and clear all the doubts of the students. Our institute is affiliated with Kumaun University. The course curriculum is very relevant and it makes the student industry-ready.

Other: I chose this course because of my interest in the field of animation and design.

Poor facilities and faculty members. Budget for EWS, but lacks job skills needed for future jobs.

Placements: No placements offered. Practical subjects are never taken seriously. Zero guidance or counselling related to placements. No internship programs or community projects were provided for resume building and future job-seeking opportunities. There is nothing like a placement drive in this college.

Infrastructure: Classrooms and basic sanitation facilities were poor. There were hygiene issues, especially in girls' washrooms. There were no latches on washroom doors, and classroom structures were not suitable for the number of students. Fans were not available in some areas. There were electricity issues during long exam hours, even during peak summer months.

Faculty: Rude and unresponsive behavior of faculty members. Can't even approach them for doubts. The classes are conducted in Hindi. When an English-medium student faces difficulty understanding, they are simply mocked for not understanding Hindi. No matter if it is not their mother tongue.

Other: There was also uncomfortable behavior from some seniors.

Review of Government Medical College, Haldwani.

Placements: The college does not offer placements, so students have to pursue PG (MD/MS) studies to qualify for government jobs. They apply for government jobs that the government recruits for. So there is no placement provided by this institute.

Infrastructure: The hostel infrastructure is decent. The hostel was built around 2013–2014. It is a general accommodation where two people share one room. They provide one table, one chair, one bed, and a fan. Electrical appliances are not allowed inside the hostel. Coolers and ACs are also not allowed. The classrooms are mixed. Some are equipped with AC, while others are not, so it gets very hot.

Faculty: Faculty is decent. Some faculty members are very good and are from AIIMS, while some are very poor. They do not always give their full effort in teaching and just come and go. Teaching quality is average, and the course curriculum is relevant. It is set by CBME. Semester exams are tough. The pass percentage is around 50%, while in the final exams it is around 90%.

Other: I got 690 marks in PPS. The best thing about the course is that we learn how to treat people and save lives. One improvement I want in the course is to make it more practical and less theoretical. There are events organized every year by students and the college, but they are not very big. The campus connectivity is decent. The college is located in the Haldwani and Rampur region, spread across around 100 acres. Extracurricular activities are not very good.

Dissatisfied with this college.

Placements: There is a low chance you will get a placement in a company. There are no companies that choose students from this college. You have to apply by yourself and gain experience to get into good companies. Please don't expect to get a job through placement. You have to work, gain experience, and try to apply to companies until you get your dream job or salary.

Infrastructure: There is no Wi-Fi. The library has a limited variety of books, classrooms are average, labs are average, canteen food is not as good as expected, and sometimes even worse in taste. The hostel facility is also average not better like you see in big colleges and universities. So don't expect too much. If you have a low budget then choose this otherwise choose a better college.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful and very knowledgeable. Through my experience I say the curriculum won't make students industry-ready in this college. You have to work on yourself to be ready for the industry work. Exams are normal not that tough. If you study regularly you will pass with good grades. Teachers help you in the doubt sessions to clear your doubts so you can get good grades in the exams. Lectures are good because teachers are qualified and very knowledgeable. Principal sir is very helpful also and very helpful.

Other: I chose the college because it is near my home. If I get the chance to know more about the college, I would rather choose another college.

I am satisfied with my college, they give placement to students at max recently.

Placements: 75% of students are placed in our course. There are different hospital visits in our college, and our college has connections with different hospitals where we do our practice and learn the theory part practically. Our main role is to provide quality care to the patient at the hospital.

Infrastructure: There are well-equipped classrooms, including whiteboards, blackboards, projectors, fans, and proper ventilation. Library has a collection of publications. Hostel is also of good quality. Sports days or sports events are also organised to entertain students and divert their minds.

Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified, educated, and know about their courses. They make notes and teach us very clearly. Some subjects are very tough, but exams are held in our college, so teachers support us and motivate us for our good future and teach us very simply.

Other: My parents forced me, which is why I came here.

Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure available in our course are really good for students. They can get all their course books for use. Other facilities like Wi-Fi are also available for staff and students. Computer labs are available for students.

Faculty: Teachers are good, well-qualified, and knowledgeable enough to teach students. They also have the ability to maintain the teaching quality. This course curriculum is relevant and helps students to prepare physically and gain the knowledge and education needed in industries.
