Review of Magadh University.

Placements: In my course, every year, almost 40% of students get placed on campus. The highest package offered in my course is 14 LPA, and the average package offered is 3-4 LPA. Some of the students also go for off-campus placements and higher studies. Recruiting companies are mainly banking, marketing and financing companies.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our Gaya College is good but old. There is a huge library open for students. Classrooms are well-maintained and have new facilities. The whole campus is enabled with high-speed Wi-Fi. For all the departments, there are separate labs available, and all are equipped with new and updated instruments. There is a canteen on campus, but due to covid, this is closed now. Sports facilities like a basketball court, cricket field, and a volleyball court are available.

Faculty: The teaching quality is very good. All the teachers are highly qualified professionals. The course curriculum of our department is good and updated. From time to time, the college organises online webinars and many more things that introduce us to the industry. Semester papers of my department are medium. Almost 90% of students passed the semester exams.

Placements: None of my classmates and batch mates or placed in any company because. Not even a single company is been in our college for hiring students. Even if they hire students only from subjects like BCA and MBA or MCA but even that are rare. So if you are looking for campus that provide placement facility, you should try somewhere else.

Infrastructure: Facility are not that good either classes are decent but there is not facility of water or cold water freezer, Wi-Fi is there but we can not connect to it by some reason always showing some kind of issue You can take books from library and return them whenever you want.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful and qualified and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is good. Course basically based on just theory I can't say that is make students industry ready or not but I think syllabus is little bit old. Semester exams are easy basically not that hard I think Passing percentage is around 33%. But sessions are really late. Exams are always late.

Other: I choose this course because of the financial problems of my family. Best thing about the course is that it is related to management and buisness. Syllabus and practical approach. Events rarely happen here do not know about the fest campus crowd is normal connectivity is average campus surroundings are average scholarship are not available Extracurricular Activities are there but not sports.

If there is no option, then it is a good college.

Placements: Magadh University is a good college in Bihar. Placements in our college are not so good. As my subject is vocational so stone companies whose name is not well-known visit our college for placements. Our college provides placements, and most of the students get placed.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is quite good when compared to other colleges of Magadh University. Classrooms are air-conditioned and huge. Lab and library are also available here. It always conducts extracurricular activities. Medical facilities are available for students.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are qualified, educated, but as we know that conditions of government colleges are not good. You can join this college if you can't afford more or you won't be able to go outside for further studies.

It is a good college in Bihar.

Placements: It is a good college in Bihar, but the session of this college is late. The college is very slow. Placements are average. Now I am in the 3rd year, but in the second year, some companies visit for the interview. So among all colleges in Magadh University, this college is quite good.

Infrastructure: BBM is a very interesting subject, especially for students who are interested in corporate work. BBM is a subject which makes our thinking broad and helps in interacting with the corporate world. Overall, at Magadh University, some colleges are good, and you can take admission there.

Faculty: Magadh University is a government college. In comparison to the private college's fee, Magadh University is good, but faculty members are not like that. They are highly qualified and well-educated, but they don't have manners to talk with students. It is also happening in some colleges of Magadh University. However, our college is quite good.

Facilities were good, but the study material and syllabus are very old. Placements are not good.

Placements: A very few students from our course got placed. The salary offered may be Rs. 8,000 per month. The top recruiting company for our course is ICICI Prudential. Every student did their internship in well-known companies like Prabhat Khabar, Dainik Bhaskar, Big Bazaar, etc. Top roles are not offered here.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college was average. Wi-Fi facility was not available for our BBM course. There were also labs in other departments, and classrooms were good and well. The library was just available for namesake. I didn't stay in the hostel, so I don't know anything about it.

Faculty: Faculty members here were good enough, but they don't have proper facilities which they use to teach us. Maybe some students become industry-ready because it depends on students what they want to do. Every student does their project in places where they want to do.

Other: Our batch was one of the best batches of our college. Every teacher always used to say that our batch is one of the best batches.

Take admission in this college if you want to add a certificate in your resume.

Placements: There is no placement cell in the university. For summer internships, we have to look out for a company who can provide us with an opportunity to learn. Students themselves have to look for jobs, or they can prepare for government jobs.

Infrastructure: The university has Wi-Fi facility, labs, library, sports and games facility. Apart from studies, students are doing good in sports and games. There is a canteen in the college premises. The quality of food is good but it needs cleanliness. I didn't stay in the college hostel, so I can't comment on it.

Faculty: Faculty members are well-experienced. The teaching methodology is good, but they are teaching a very old syllabus. They didn't even provide any extra courses as per the latest skill sets required. I did my internship in a real estate company where I learnt about the real estate and its functionality.

Other: The university arranges various events on the campus and also sends students for national level competitions. NSS and NCC are very active and are doing good work for the society.

Real face of Magadh university.

Placements: There is not proper placement cell in university. Sometimes Local companies come for campus selection but it is not in a proper way only 2-3 student selected from here. There is lack of management for the placement of students in university and it's constituent colleges.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure of magadh university is excellent. There is total facilities of sports, classrooms, labs and Wi-Fi. Condition of canteen and mess in university and hostels are matter of concern for faculty of university. Hostel rooms of universities are very old designed and not have proper arrangement for students.

Faculty: Teachers are very proud here they are highly qualified but they don't take classes seriously because no one take cares of them. They are using very outdated syllabus in university courses here are very outdated that's why they don't attract companies for campus selection in university.

Other: NSS and ABVP are active in university and it's constituent colleges who always organise some extracurricular activities in university and in constituent colleges. Eve teasing is the biggest problem in university. University does't have it's own scholarship programme they only provide scholarships from the government on the basic of reservation.

The university is not good for the students.

Placements: There is no placement cell for any of the course. Sometimes local companies like India Power come for placements and recruit at very low wages, and it is only for 4 to 5 students. No companies want to come here because of the low standard of study and outdated syllabus.

Infrastructure: Good and separate buildings are available with a proper number of classrooms and labs in the university. The university has its canteen, park and playing court for students. NSS and NCC participation is very good here. Every year 2 to 3 students are selected for the parade at Rajpath.

Faculty: The course and curriculum are very bad because of late sessions, and outdated syllabus of the university. Sessions are always late in this university, i.e., 1 and a half year, and we are studying very outdated syllabus here because of poor management in the university we will not get results in time.
