The Faculty of Media Studies and Humanities at Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies (MRIIRS) is widely regarded as a Tier 2 institution. Tier 2 universities in India provide great education with adequate infrastructure, faculty and industry exposure but they may not enjoy the same level of national or worldwide recognition as Tier 1 colleges such as IITs or federal universities. MRIIRS is noted for its practical, industry-relevant approach, internships, and excellent placement prospects, notably in the media and communication industries. However when compared to top-tier national universities it may not have the same level of research production or academic prestige.
