MRIIRS Merit cum Means Scholarship for Domicile Students of Haryana

Manav Rachna also offers scholarships based on merit cum means, to students admitted under reservation for Haryana state. This scheme is applicable to all UG and PG courses and to students whose parents have an annual income up to INR 2.80 lakh via all sources. Additionally, under this category, students are also given a fee waiver limited to the tuition fee as per the following scale. Candidates are required to pay other fees as applicable to the programme concerned.

  • One-fifth of the 25% are granted a 100% tuition fee concession
  • Two-fifth of the 25% are granted a 50% tuition fee concession
  • The balance two-fifth of the 25% are granted a 25% tuition fee concession

MRIIRS Other Scholarships

In addition to all the above scholarships, the University offers Teaching Assistantships to MTech and MPT students, scholarships to the wards of MREI employees, scholarships to the alumni of MRIIRS (or other Manav Rachna), scholarships to girl candidates and scholarships for outstanding achievers in the sports category, academics and branch toppers. MRIIRS Conditions for Continuation of Scholarship Criteria

The continuation of scholarships in the subsequent semesters is reviewed after the end of every semester for continuation, based on their performance in the previous semester. For continuation of the scholarship, students are required to:

  • Maintain a minimum SGPA of 7.5 in each semester without any backlog
  • Have 85% attendance in all courses in each semester
  • Not have been suspended for any grave act of indiscipline by the university
  • No disciplinary action must be taken against them or pending in case of ragging or eve-teasing
  • Must not be receiving any other scholarship from any other source whatsoever (for this, a certificate signed by student & parents is to be provided)

It is really a good college with supportive faculty.

Placements: In our batch, around 50 percent of students got placed through the campus drive. The average package is around 3 LPA-4 LPA and the highest package is around 6 LPA-7 LPA. Various companies visited the college. Students who have good skills and better communication have chances of getting placed easily.

Best college for an International Finance degree.

Placements: B.Com (H)ACCA Batch 26, in my course, 30 percent of the students got placed. The highest package is 5.5 LPA and the lowest was 3 LPA. Wipro is the top recruiter. Management trainee, consultant, and executive trainee are the top roles offered in my course.

In the end, the college is excellent.

Placements: More than 90 percent of students got placed from my course B.Com (acca). This course is very good for those students who want placement in MNCs. The course helps us connect worldwide with everyone. This course is valued in 180 plus countries. In my opinion this course is the best course.

Good college experience with good training opportunities.

Placements: 70% of students are placed through college placements. Recruiting companies include Let's Try and Trekk Nutrition. 100% of students get internships at companies such as Britannia, Unibic, Bikano, Haldiram, DRDO, Havmor, and Mother Dairy. The roles offered after our course are in the food industry as Quality Officer, Production Officer, Food Safety Officer in FSSAI, research and development, and many more, as per interest.

I appreciate the institute's commitment to quality education, research, and student development.

Placements: The placement facility is good. Almost 50% of the students get placed in the first session. The recruiting companies offer roles related to our course, as well as good packages for freshers (4 LPA). We also get emails from the placement cell regarding any openings in companies.

Placements: Placements are good. The placement cell brings in good companies for B.Com students in finance, taxation, and banking. The college guides students throughout the placement process. Seniors who prepare well secure decent starting packages. The highest package for the B.Com program is around 8 LPA.
