Mahatma Gandhi University (MGU) Kerala offer an MA, which is one of the popular courses offered at the University campus. Admission to the programme is conducted through online mode via MGU CAT. Candidates, who have completed graduation, can apply for the programme. It is offered in 11 specialisations. A lot of MG University affiliated colleges also offer this PG-level course. Admission to this PG-level course is through a Centralised Allotment Process (CAP). For selection, candidates have to take the MGU CAT exam, which is conducted in-house. Based on the candidates' score in the entrance examination, a selection list is released by the university. Candidates who make it to the list become eligible for participation in the counselling round. The seats are allotted after document verification during counselling.
