Leading recruitment firms included TeamLease, Adecco, ManpowerGroup, and others. Primary positions consist of journalism, writers, and so forth. Numerous students secured their internships.
Infrastructure: On the campus, Wi-Fi was available almost everywhere. I had well-equipped and well-ventilated laboratories. Classrooms had comfortable chairs, air conditioning, projectors, and switchboards. Library had comfortable seating, air conditioning, and a large selection of books that were pertinent to my study. Any book could be checked out for a few days as well. The mess's food was good, and the canteen was a little better. The health facility provided a variety of drugs and was open 24X7.
Faculty: Teachers were well-qualified and knowledgeable but not very helpful. When the students asked about their doubts, they became angry. The quality of teaching was good but the attitude of faculty members was not acceptable. Very few curriculum activities were offered. The semester exams were relatively tough, and the pass rate was over 60%.

Placements: Our college location was very nice. The average salary of English M.A. course students was 2.25 LPA. Companies that held annual work placements at my college included Deloitte, PwC, HDFC Bank, Infosys, and TCS. The English Department of our college offered a two-year M.A. in English Language and Literature. The department also offered other programs, including a B.A. in English Language and Literature and a B.A. in English Writing, Communication, and Journalism. Some high-paying jobs for students with an M.A. in English included Civil Service, Technical Writer, Copywriter, Teacher, Content Manager, etc.
Infrastructure: Our college had good infrastructure for its English M.A. program, including well-equipped labs and a digital library. Each subject had its own lab. Each department had a meeting room with Wi-Fi. Classrooms were clean and tidy. Wi-Fi was available in classrooms and exception areas. The program required a Bachelor's degree in English. My college had outdoor and indoor play areas available. Canteen and medical facilities were also available in our college.
Faculty: Our professors were helpful and knowledgeable, and many had PhDs. They taught in a simple and straightforward manner in a blended learning environment, which helped us understand complex concepts easily. Teachers provided positive encouragement, and all topics were discussed in terms of sharing knowledge and valuable professions. Our programs and training programs were designed to grow and strengthen our faith.

Placements: Placements and job opportunities are another major attraction of St. Teresa's College. Our college has a dedicated placement cell working tirelessly for students' career growth. We have conducted many placement drives at our college. Since our college achieved an A+ rating in NAAC accreditation this year, the number of placements is expected to increase, supported by the Central Placement Cell of Delhi University. However, the opportunities available for M.A. English students are not very lucrative. The companies that participated were mainly MNCs hiring for customer care executive roles. They offer an average package ranging from 3-5 Lacs for M.A. students.
Infrastructure: The course syllabus has been updated, giving us sufficient exposure. The college helped us become independent and confident enough to face the world fearlessly. The faculty members of our English department are really good. The college has two hostels: one in the Arts block for arts and commerce students, and another in the Science block for science and postgraduate students. I used to live in the Arts block hostel. There are six students in a room. The hostels are extremely clean and hygienic. They provide food and laundry services. Applications for hostel accommodation need to be submitted during admission; otherwise, it will be difficult to get a spot.
Faculty: The faculty members at St. Teresa's College are one of its greatest strengths. The relationship between teachers and students is something special at this college. Their interaction helps keep the relationships strong. Every faculty member is highly educated and well-informed. They ensure that all students are clear on the syllabus covered. The semester examination system is followed, with exams occurring every six months. Internal exams are scored out of 20 marks, and the end-semester exams are scored out of 70 marks. There are also marks for attendance, assignments, and projects. Overall, it is a good system.

Placements: Approximately 85% of students are placed in our courses. Numerous prestigious companies come to our college to hire students. Media firms, publishing houses, and educational institutions are among the top employers. Approximately 60% of students secure internships. Content writers, editors, proofreaders, and creative writers are the most popular positions available in our courses.
Infrastructure: All of the facilities are provided by our college. The classrooms are wonderful. A sizable playground is available for games. On campus, we have well-equipped labs. Because ragging is free and everyone is friendly, the hostels are excellent. The canteen food is tasty and nutritious. There are many books related to the topic, and the library is good. There is a robust Wi-Fi connection. There are other facilities for sports and health care.
Faculty: The instructors are competent and well-versed in the subject. They are really supportive and assist us in every manner they can. They are affectionate as well. The course syllabus is pertinent. They are always accessible to the students in case they require assistance or have any questions. The medium-difficulty semester exams are administered according to the syllabus format. It has a 75% pass rate.
