And requires candidates to be a minimum age of 17 years at the time of admission or will complete the age on or before December 31 of the year of admission (Request for relaxation from the prescribed age limit will not be considered for any category of applicants. Also, there is no upper age limit.)

Yes, however that is simply the eligibility criteria, i.e., Class 12 with 50% aggregate. For courses such as BSc, a NEET score is also compulsorily required; so, try to qualify in the entrance test. Admissions require fulfillment of both eligibility and selection criteria.
