NIIT University offers BTech for a duration of four years. This course is offered in full-time mode across six specialisations. In order to get admission for the M.Tech Educational Technology programme at NIIT University candidates must meet the eligibility criteria set by the university. Candidates should pass Class 10, 12, Engineering with a 50% aggregate, respectively. Pre-service applicants are required to appear for the NIIT University ET Admission Competency Test and a subsequent screening interview.

EAD continues till Class 12 result declaration date (CBSE board). RAD is the Regular Admission mode.
