NIIT University Fees 2026

NIIT BTech programme fee is INR 15.49 lakh for the enitre tuition fee of 4-years. The BTech programme is offered in a total of 6 different specialisations, such as CSE, Electronics & Communication, Biotechnology, Artificial Intelligence & Data Science, Robotics & Automation, and Cyber Security. The fee can be paid on a annual basis at the starting of the year or semester wise at the starting of each semester. The total fee includes fee components like tution fee, hostel fee (optional), security deposit, and an acceptance fee. 

The NIIT University follows the fee refund guidlines set by the UGC. The refund amount percentages are determined by when the withdrawal notice is received relative to the last date of admission. Almost total amount of the fee can be refunded if the canidate withdraws the admission prior to 15 days from the last date of admission. The security deposit charged from candidates who applied via Early Admission mode (EAD) an amount of INR 5,000 will be deducted by the university from the total sum of INR 20,000.

Students who are pursuing BSc  at NIIT University can avail various scholarships. These NIIT University BSc scholarships can be availed by top performers and meritorious students who meet the minimum eligibility requirements in the qualifying and entrance examinations. The scholarships are being offered in the form of tuition fee waiver. 

NIIT University will refund the fee deposited by candidates during admission if they withdraw their admission from the integrated BSc programme offered at NIIT University within a stipulated time period. The University follows the fee refund policy defined by UGC.
